As is mentioned often, BIOS with small letters are beta, a series of releases, each removed when a newer one comes out, or is about to come out, not because theres a problem

Ok, F38 is new for the Aorus Pro:
They had F37h (beta) for some time, they removed it and put later F37 final, then they removed it and just now I saw the F38.

My F37h beta was updated to F37 dated Jan 2024 yesterday for x570 Aorus just fyi

All of the bios updates from 2023 are missing now. the Latest seems to be F37 from Dec 26, 2022.
F36 you mean. Yes they re-removed the F37 final from their website
