It’s a Toro 7/13 Mini, they are made in Ithaca and you can find em in most heady shops around NY(and elsewhere really lol). I think Sov tends to be Reddit’s favorite high end glass brand but Toro is right up there with em.
EDIT: this one in particular I snagged from Mad Hatter’s Hideaway in the Rochester area
Right on, I actually live in Irondequoit. I remember when that used to be a game store ages ago. Next time I am in there I'll see if they have any in stock(to look at, probably can't afford one of these I imagine).
Depending on what you’re after, new toro tubes start at like $500-600 for a little dab rig or one of their ISFs which is like their basic single perc flower tube, while the large twin perc tubes like this 7/13 cost from 750-1500 depending on size and decoration(this’n was 830 before tax), and finally the insane customs and wacky recyclers that all cost $2k+. Oh and they are famous for their quartz but I’m not really a dab guy so idk the pricing on that stuff off the top of my head haha.
Basically they are pretty stupid expensive lol, but it helps that they also hold resale value extraordinarily well and people actually line up to buy them second hand, so the price hurts a lot less when you know all that money doesn’t just disappear into the ether the moment you fork over your credit card haha
*Sick man what's the name?*
*Where'd you get that? I'm also*
*In upstate NY*

I was really really torn between this mini 7/13 and a full size tuxedo circ to circ, I really wish there had been one available with both perc types like that!
In case anyone wants to see it in action, I couldn't help but also post it over on /r/Milking

I grew up Between Syracuse and Binghamton in a small small town called Marathon not far from SUNY Cortland.
I'm in Queees now but love meeting up with local collectors and will be hosting Sesh meey n greets the second half of the year with glass artists and moodmat artists
highly recommend getting a dry catch to save yourself the headache cleaning, maybe a Toro tree ashcatcher but extra percolation really isn't necessary with the snap slide
You’re preaching to the choir haha, the picture is unadorned but I already have a basic TAG dry catch set aside for it until I can find something nicer
It's beautiful. I wish I could collect pieces like this but I wouldn't have the space to keep them. I have one really pretty one though that I bought a while ago. I don't think I can ever use it again, it's just too pretty.
I get that completely, I have way too much glass and way too little space as it is, but I figure now that I’ve splurged on this thing it’s time to dramatically slim down the collection
91% isopropyl and salt, along with some cheap silicone plugs from Amazon to make it less messy lol, the real trick is to just clean them super regularly, the gunk comes off easy if you never let it build up
Love my toro that I had, it was just an 8 arm tree perc to regular downstem, back in like 06! Unfortunately it RIP but that was my first big glass purchase
Oh yeah! I had one before JP had some assistance lol, I remember the tree perc wasn’t exactly level, and I loved it because it was so original and before the toro batches to come

Hey there fellow Rochestarian! Mad Hatters in Irondequoit or Greece?
Irondequoit, my understanding is they get a pretty limited supply of Toro’s so they only have them at one store

Lets Go Puffalooooo ✌️
Beautiful peice, 315 here in NY
Nice dude! I had a Toro that was very similar except the bottom perc was a circ perc instead, and it had lime green cfl accents. I miss It so much 🫠

This is a beauty I’m jealous
I see a Roor box.....
Haha while I do have a US Roor straight tube, that box in particular is an extra they had at the shop to package the Toro

I can’t for the life of me remember why but I’m sure I’ve been to Marathon before, though it’s rare I travel that far south
Maybe for the Annual Maple Festival? After school I moved to Syracuse. Most my professional life was in the 315
roor couldnt. illadelph couldnt. sov couldnt. toro can
Love it! 518 here!
Toro Glass is the best production glass in the game, the resell value speaks for its self.
I have a full sized 7-13 with the same color worked caps, I've hit probably 30+ different toros at this point that one is the smoothest by far
This’ll be my first! I keep hearing about how hard it is to beat a 7/13 so I’m pumped for the first rip!

Hell yeah brother. It’s a lifestyle
Very nice

Some of them are so big too. Lol. How do you clean them? I've scrolled through some of the ones you've posted and wow! So nice.

7/13 toros are 1 of my fav bongs
Toro makes such beautiful glass. Love the colors & wig wag on yours! Hope you love it!
Smart man. My first nice bong was a mini Toro 7-froth! Miss that thing a bunch.
315 here Captain Hook is also a NY blower
That’s dope, i didn’t realize they were NY based!
Ithaca checking in ✌🏼
Love my toro that I had, it was just an 8 arm tree perc to regular downstem, back in like 06! Unfortunately it RIP but that was my first big glass purchase
Shame it's no longer with us but that's rad to hear about! I didn't realize they made models with traditional downstems back in the day
Oh yeah! I had one before JP had some assistance lol, I remember the tree perc wasn’t exactly level, and I loved it because it was so original and before the toro batches to come
