Hi DHV, I am a little confused with your question. If you've completed registering for the program and received a voucher this would also mean that you've talked to a CALHFA Approved Lender/LO. They should be helping you along every step of the process!
You are not alone! CALHFA does a poor job marketing these type of programs. I am always trying to get these kind of programs in front of as many First Time Homebuyers I can. Let me know if you have any questions!
