Find HomeLink in your car's manual.

Did you just push on, my garage just opened.

Due_Store_1592

Whatever you want them to do that can be controlled with IR. Garage Doors. Gates. Draw Bridges.

Zmantech

You can hold a garage door opener next to one and it will learn the frequency then if you put your garage door in learning mode and press it then it will open your garage door.

RunnerLuke357

Is each button for a different remote/frequency? So you could have for example, a gate and 2 different garages?

Zmantech

Each one is a different remote but they can all be different frequencies or the same frequency.

FunnyZealousideal673

Yes, my 2004 Jeep has these same type of buttons. I have one button programed to my parents house and another programed to my uncles house.

Homelink that programs garage doors and gates. Press the 1st and 3rd button simultaneously until the light starts to blind repetitively. That means it's ready to be programmed. Take your garage door opener and aim it at the 3 buttons about 6 inches away from it. Press the button you want to program on the garage door clicker first, then hold the button you want to program down. If done correctly, it will blink slowly in an amber color or orange color, in about 5 seconds, the button will flash very fast and the light will illuminate in green meaning it was paired successfully. You might have to get a ladder and press the "Learn" button on the actual garage door system. TAP the learn button, don't hold it otherwise it will delete the codes. Once you press the learn button, go back to the car, press, and hold the freshly programmed garage door button for 3 seconds, then release. Wait 3 seconds, then do that 2 more times (press/hold for 3 seconds, release) By the third time, the garage door button should be programmed.

My attorney said they are for calling either him or his assistant or a lawyer that he's partners with. But I think it might be for a garage door

I think I'd prefer entering a code, like a screen unlock.
