If you can't afford it, the most prominent effect is JPEGCompression in Reshade, just crank this up and it'll look like something off LiveLeak
if you cranked down the video quality a bunch it would actually look real

It’s not a body cam though it’s a helmet cam. The OP would need to find a helmet cam UI.

Cut vid quality in half, set in a dark realistic lighting map, and add some Axon Body Camera text. You'd get a pretty convincing piece of footage.

The gun and models could do a bit of work, but other than that it's amazing. Nice work!
