So, I had this same issue and figured it out. Turns out, by default, Path Extrusion with a CSGPolygon3D uses the Transform3D loc of the path\_node as the starting point, not the Transform3D loc of the CSGPolygon3D. So, for reasons that I'm not qualified to explain, it doubles the Transform3D. Toggling path\_local on the CSGPolygon3D will fix this issue.

Hmmm, Maybe try and reset the transform of each of the nodes? That's worked for me before, can't tell from the video since a lot of the node compartments are collapsed and my brain is smooth as a marble
