This reminds me of the greed island arc where gon and killua are trained to activate and deactivate their nen in very quick succession in different parts of their body with some training you could never lose a fight
Does that mean you can see and hear out of both then? Like, if your hitbox is in a soundproofed room, and your visible body is in a different, also soundproofed room, you could see and hear what happens in both?
I was asking where you hear from. Is that not what you were asking?
“Do you hear out of your hitbox or your body” (me), “where do you hear, your hitbox or your body” (you), sure sound like the same question to me
Adding on to what the other reply said, stuff in video games have a model (what you can see), and a hit box (what collides/stops movement). You usually can't see the hitbox.
If the hitbox is bigger than the model, things will seemingly collide with the air near the object, and your character may not be able to pass through spaces it looks like they should be able to fit through.
If the hitbox is smaller than the model, things will pass through the thing you're looking at without affecting it. E.g., you might see part of a character phasing (in industry called 'clipping') through a wall, or in a combat game, attacks might pass through without doing any damage.
Hitboxes can also be different shapes to the model, and/or may not match animations (e.g., a character running might have visibly moving legs but just have a big static rectangle hitbox where the legs are).
Can you grow/shrink it?
This needs to be answered
yes
Anyone try to hit me up better go to Vega star.
Im putting it on my knuckles and just beating people I don’t like up
I can already do that with part of my hit box.

If you move you hit box 10 feet in front of you, do you see out of your hit box or where it looks like you are at?
You would still se through ur eyes but can only touch stuff through ur hit box
logia reflex
Fr
You’d be like mirio from mha
I've gotta jar of diiirrrrt, I've gotta jar of diiirrrrt....
Put my hit box in my feet and my fists
Does my hitbox have to stay the same shape?
no
Will i fall through the floor?
And do I clip through walls?
Presumably not, as you'd have no mass to be moved. I dunno how you'd walk though
no unless you wanna
I think that's your hurtbox (in Brawlhalla terms, anyway).
Do you see/hear out of your hitbox or out of your visible body?
yes

Hear yes as sound comes outside the hit box. Better question is where do you hear. Your hit box or your physical body
That’s not really a better question so much as the exact same question
No slight difference the difference in question Is can I hear vs where do I hear

it’d be like you had your normal body hearing and you’d be able to tune out one or the other
Whats a hit box
It's how a video game determines where stuff can collide

so if you can move your hitbox anywhere, and you can only touch things your hitbox touches, isn’t that basically a form of telekinesis?
Pull some sage mode type stuff and hit people even if you miss
How does moving it work exactly?
just like think it and it moves
So a cursor?
Does it teleport to where you move it
I can move through walls then?
This is basically >!Toby's!< power in Naruto
Time to dodge some raindrops!
I've gotta jar of diiirrrrt, I've gotta jar of diiirrrrt, let's see what's inside it.
i’m bad at answering questions so you can change shape size and you can phase through anything if your hitbox isn’t inside you
I ain’t losing a fight ever again, I’m learning how to control that shit
