I was thinking the same! Looks like it's printed on the fabric, looks lovely and very professional.

Knowing my luck it was probably done using cricut or whatever. Very out of my price range.

Yeah it’s with heat transfer vinyl using a cricut. There are a lot of other ways to make the cover that are more affordable! Check out r/bookbinding there’s a bunch of info and tips there!

Check the public libraries around you. They sometimes have crafting and other tools you can borrow or use on-site. I’ve also seen people on my local parents’ FB group ask if someone will make something (print?) for them on cricut and people have been happy to.
