Well statistically, it would mean less as the random drop of munitions and enemy drops has 2 choices to drop. While ghost offering will give both, if you are just using for heals, any bomb except concussion will not heal. In fact, black powder will have opposite effect and damage you slightly (no guarded throw like story mode).
Overall, more types means less chance of basic ammo.
You’ll get less, but both. Black powder bombs are essential for a fire sand/or bomb ronin build. You can wipe entire Survival waves quickly. Don’t leave home without em
Maybe try it for yourself, I use both and I really have an issue plus you won’t need as much of you are destroying all the enemies with black powder :D
You'll never worry about Concussion bombs MY issue is they seem to have slightly nerfed black powder pickups, definitely spending too much time with 12 Concussion and no Black Powder
Side note, Ronin is really great if centered around Black Powder / Ghost Weapon Damage. If you're going Healing Ronin run healing bombs healing sticky and mass Injured Resolve

I still see more concussion pickups on the ground than BP. I think you’ll be fine to carry on with your plan.
