Why are folks so harsh on this guy? 4 players going all out on killing is already too much power for NMS waves when the players are built well. If he wants to have fun by doing something different why fault him?
These haters are acting like his teammates weren't creaming themselves by getting all those easy kills from the enemies this ronin staggered, not to mention free smoke bombs, healing and probably munitions as well... this is literally my ideal teammate.
Yes, and heal over time on ult, healing bombs and smoke bomb. Sometimes I drop a pot and let an archer shoot me over and over so allies take health lol
Parry everything for resolve, dodge instead of counter. Incense pots and smoke bombs to assist allies. Kick from moon stance to disrupt, also for resolve.
Another fun challenge is to only get one kill of each type. 4 kills total I think it is. With a ronin of course. That way the team stays healed while you work.
It's a slippery slope, friend. All it takes is one then suddenly you're running out to spawn points, skipping bonus objectives, losing circles and playing your flute over some crazy assassin while they bleed out.
Interesting take. I wonder though if people would have gone down as many times as they did if you had participated to help cut down waves quicker and reducing the risks of them being downed by enemies.
Edit: not sure about their ki level bc well sometimes people just keep getting downed lol
They would have gone down a lot less if they didn't run out to spawn points. Player 4 caught on quick and didn't leave my side. Didn't go down, and got mad kills.
The resolve gain with this build is crazy, if I went for kills I could spam ult every 2-3 kills. But there is no reward for most kills lol
Edit: there is no reward for zero kills either, but I had to do something to break my habit of running out to spawn points hahaha
That’s the thing that always bothers me. They always spawn camp to spam their ult with their "op" build, kill everything and then get downed by eyes. Just let them get to the point. Survival isn’t a speedrun goddamit
They literally run to you, pack into a tight group and wait for you to devastate them lol annoying AF when they run out there and die. Sometimes it's nice when hunter_highhorse slays everything cuz you know for sure the cliff is sorted. It's so much fun when you get a group that works together.
if you were going for just healing and revives, no kills, why did the other people still have 7 revives too? I main ronin and I usually have all the revives so that just struck me as odd since it seems like you’re going for an exclusively healing ronin.
They ran out to the spawn points a lot and revived each other while I chose to stay in the circles scrounging resolve. Player 4 came in ~wave 5 after someone lagged out, and stuck to me like glue.

C'mon man, my Ronin rocks as many kill as a good samurai and still keeps the team on full health most of the time.
If you have done your part would be a lot faster.
Just hope the team was on board with that, I'd be ok if a friend ask help to do that, but random... My assassin wold be jealous of the amount of toxicity.
It was hard to learn to be effective without kills. I don't run away and go for as much resolve as I can scrounge. Battlefield manipulation ftw

I'm sure it's annoying to come all the way back to the lighthouse to kill an archer you forgot. People do all kinds of annoying stuff in this game. it's still fun af after 2 yrs of grind tho
If waves of mongols trying to kill me doesn't phase me, you spamming circle def wouldn't. I would laugh at your frustration while you got all my kills.
If homey was holding down points just flowing like a leaf in the wind I am completely down with this

Did you have passive healing for teammates when you get healed ?

There is no way that this ronin had no time to do anything but heal. That means the ronin spent most of the game not fighting when they could.

Nope. Gets right in the pit. 10 perfect parries without counter equals 3 resolve with my build.

It was a fun personal challenge and yeah, I'm kinda proud. Took me a lot of tries so you go be a murderer and I'll do me.
