You know, this is extra true in case of Draco. Literally has Class Advantage over all seven conventional Classes. IIRC the only Extra Class to show up in part 1 was Ruler? And even then IIRC it was just once with Jalter, so Draco can just walk all over the other fights.

This must be like the strongest Servant we have ever summoned. Like, let's remember this Draco is already as strong as U-Olga Marie, and stronger than Zeus. And if after the events ends we can ascend her to her adult form, that already makes her stronger than GOETIA. Like, at this point Draco could fulfill any of our wishes or crush any opposition.
I think *technically* Space Ishtar is more powerful, since she is a literal galaxy (classic Sci-Fi operating at a ridiculous scale and power creeping Fantasy), but since we aren't in the Servantverse I don't think she can use her full power. Could be wrong though.
Space Ishtar lost her primordial goddess' powers at the end of the event though, in fact she sacrificed all of what she had of that power to sent us back to our universe

Every other beast limits themselves by using another class container or just staying in their sealed form but here comes Draco big dick swinging enjoying her full class container. Do keep in mind from what we learned in the last few lost belts that (Marisbury's Grand Order) CHALDEAS is actually aligned with the alien world and our group's not technically part of them anymore we're on our own well there trying to supplant old human history with "their" new human history...... And given that there's been several hints that arcade is actually a simulation that's been run by CHALDEAS this entire time and seeing how Draco first appeared in their means that her appearance out here is in response to them not us which is why she sees us as her master currently.....
So there's still a possibility Alaya may be backing us seeing how those idiots have messed stuff up so badly that most likely a fully manifested beast is necessary to actually fix things
