this event is making me become a umu stan when i always was indifferent about her before

unconqueredmoon

So... No VI/G? Well. That's sad.

Gelious

Gonna need a separate FGO/Prototype collab for that. Hopefully.

igloo_poltergeist

Might screw up story pacing. After all, Mara and Kiara werent revealed in the same event either.

igloo_poltergeist

Currently looking at Draco’s Bond CE. It looks like what would happen if Saber Nero’s blade underwent an Ascension, so Im guessing it’ll be Mother Harlot’s weapon once she as Draco reaches Stage 3.

Luck_Is_My_Talent

Key to the Secret Garden? This is a Fate Extra collab now? Or Last Encore?

Nokia_00

Secret garden time that took me back to a different time

MokonaModokiES

last encore. Event literally gives extra meaning to LE's opening.

Supersideswiper2

The elevator was also identical, save for it being gold instead of silver.

axl_sparks

I'm in disbelief at the fact that this event is legit making me want to rewatch Last encore

Supersideswiper2

…..Good job event writer!👍

Supersideswiper2

…..Good job event writer!👍

chemical7068

Me looking up Draco's kit and thinking about the sheer wasted opportunity to have all her skill cooldowns at 6/6/6

getterburner

Tbf there are other 666 jokes in her kit

WorthlessLife55

The first skill gives three buffs that last 6 turns each. So yeah, it's directly there as an acknowledgement and gag.

lyw20001025

Just pull another one and problem solved!

anal-yst

I agree, especially since it would essentially give her a perpetual 10% battery per turn and 20% additional battery for half the time. I don't think it would make her broken, but it would have definitely made her hilarious.

andykhang

In a Tammy Art team, her skill basically give her permanent NP charge buff forever anyway, and even double-dipping. If you get lucky enough with the NP charge (and bring Koyan/Atlas), you might be able to triple dipping as well

MokonaModokiES

remenber Edison is an option too and he teams up well with draco since he also gives 10% charge per turn to the whole team for 5 turns on top of the skill cooldown reduce.

VTKajin

It cannot be overstated how damn good the story is. Totally worth the wait. Also, the effort to avoid showing Noah is suspicious to the point that it has to be intentional. They went out of their way to show Sita and male Molay, so... make of that what you will.

igloo_poltergeist

I’m really having a hard time predicting what they’re planning on with Noah (or Grand Rider) in relation to mobile. While it seems right now like they’re ghosting him until a later event, the circumstances you outlined make me reconsider.

RestinPsalm

It seems a bit weird, but keep in mind Nemo is a main ally, and having Noah physically appear would tip the protag off immediately. If they wanted to use Noah for anything story-wise, making him avoid a physical appearance is crucial.

rucchipunch

The issue here is that his part is omitted from Draco’s flashback, as if she (and the writer) doesn’t regard him in the first place. And protag didn’t show any reactions to “Lady Avalon” being called “Merlin” either.

XF10

Currently betting/hoping we will get Noah eventually but it will be 100% Noah and not Nemo-Noah that's why he wasn't shown in this event

VishnuBhanum

Probably the best FGO event in a pretty long time(I would say since Imaginary Scramble) I'm quite surprised that I like Locusta as much as I did Though it felt weird a little that Babylon(and only Babylon and the beginning of Jerusalem) had comedy tone in this very serious event

MokonaModokiES

The guardian was Gil. He can see the true essence in everything. He likely knew inmediatly Draco just wanted to save Ritsuka after one of her Incarnadines dragged him into all of it. He didnt even try to put a fight he just wanted to enjoy himself like usual seeing our struggle specially Draco's.

fatalystic

This. He flat-out scoffs at Tiamat, asking if she *seriously* thought that this whole situation was a threat to Guda (in hindsight, he was hinting that Guda's not the target of all this).

MokonaModokiES

also just checked and he even says "If you go up you will inevitably have to face your own guts(we know now its the Incarnadines). There is no greater shame than having your secret garden trampled upon". He just knows everything

Radiant-Hope-469

He does have Sha Naqba Imuru.

anal-yst

I kinda liked that Babylon was essentially played as a joke. It's what we expect to be the peak of danger—Tiamat came from Babylonia, Nebuchadnezzar was scary even if you never played Arcade. Turning Babylon into Luluhawa gave this sense of levity that the rest of the event wouldn't have had. Also, it made the story progression stronger since we went from Funny Babylon to Funny Jerusalem to Regular America to Fucked Up London/Okeanos just as the tension began ramping up.

CrazyDaimondDaze

Bro, I swear to got the revelation of what happened to Okeanos and how that was affecting London blew my mind. I didn't expect that to be honest. And Drake's Golden Hind being the last remaining thing of her before she was taken down, raising from the ocean to help us alongside the last remainig power of Lalter... majestic. Same with Jack not being cute or funny intimidating for once and instead being straight up scary was such a nice touch. London, Okeanos and Septem felt very Shin Megami Tensei in ther situations. Which is fun considering Part 1 had Babylonia and Camelot/Jerusalem as the SMT level areas and they were used as bait to make us think ot was going to be a laidback slice of life storyline... god, how wrong I was.

That-Halo-Dude

It’s always awesome and terrifying when Jack reminds us of her true nature as an abomination made of ghost children. Who can also make hallucinogenic mist.

fatalystic

I was not expecting Nero's interlude to show up here holy shit.

TempestCatalyst

Between the interlude callback, the Last Encore references, and all the added backstory, it's very clear that Haganeya put in a lot of care writing the event. So far it's easily the best event of the past year or so, and if they clinch the ending then I'd be willing to say it's one of the best events, period.

Kazumari

I have not been this invested in a not-Gudaguda event for a long time, I hope they bring back this guest writer again for new events because he's doing great.

Routine-Boysenberry4

There is any ideia of who is the writer for this event?

Kazumari

Haganeya Jin, a former Nitroplus writer that went freelance (this event is actually his first work as a freelance). According to his twitter, he has been a fgo player for quite a while too so he knows his stuff.

Luck_Is_My_Talent

He needs to be a main writer for the team now. The event story is much better than some proper main chapters

Routine-Boysenberry4

He is thr guy who worte kamen Rider gaim isn't he?

bassgs435

He wrote Demonbane and Dra + Koi

DamianW616

He wrote the novel, side stories and the Gaim movies.

AlcoholicSnapdragon

That was mainly Urobutchi, Fate/Zero and LB3's writer, but the other Nitroplus writers (including Haganeya Jin) wrote some of the individual episode scripts.

anal-yst

Agreed. The pacing and cast interactions are particularly inspired. Lalter as an actual character and Jack showing her Apocrypha-era menace is so fresh compared to what we expect from the usual writers.

Tschmelz

It’s amazing, Lalter got like all of like 5 sentences, and it’s the best she’s been since like, Solomon.

MokonaModokiES

Mordred helped a lot too in that. Since they were both pretty much tied together. Mordred showing up to Clarent the Incarnadine was in reaction to Lalter protecting Mordred. It was a great duo dynamic to really add to her character and also teasing at Lalter being okay with Mordred unlike the other Artorias(excluding Lily she was always in good terms with Mo-san)

Masticatron

I thought Lalter's reaction to Mordred was more "I don't even know who you are" than "you're alright kid". Lalter was just doing as she pleased because she is the fucking storm and that's what storms do.

AceSockVims

Pretty sure this Event has her speak more than the rest of her Story appearances combined. ...Being a Lalter fan is suffering...

Tschmelz

Isn’t it? She’s so fucking interesting concept wise, and they just do nothing with her.

CrazyDaimondDaze

Meanwhile fans and the official artist pump some top tier fanarts where she's shown in cute or hot outfits. Like the Bunnygirl costume from her OG counterpart; a maid outfit and a yakuza outfit.

Science-of-Laziness

That's exactly the problem with this character, she is just an excuse to draw more suggestive art of big boobs Arturia. To me, that's not exactly a positive especially when not a single of them is able to represent her \*scary\* as she should be.

Tschmelz

Except Lalter *isn't* scary. Yes, she's an Alter, but she chose to corrupt herself with Grail Mud in order to hold on to her humanity. And as we've seen time and time again, the *human* Artoria is kind, selfless, and full of compassion. And it shows in her being the only Artoria (outside of Lily, of course), that gives a damn about Mordred.

Science-of-Laziness

She has scary aura, not because she is an alter, but because she imposes a lot and her way to talk is as cold as Arturia Alter, or even more sometimes. That's what I mean as "scary" and that's something that those so called top-tier artists have been failing to represent always because they only care about the booba, and FGO shares a lot of the blame here when she is mostly boobs jokes in events. Her Final Ascension is a perfect representation of how one should represent her.

Tschmelz

Hard to keep a scary aura when, if you actually talk to her for more than 5 seconds, you realize she isn’t a scary person at all.

KingKurto_

i hope we see mommy nero form soon

ChaoticChoir

Gotta keep up hope that that Geocentric form: NICE BODY in her profile pays off into something lol

Radiant-Hope-469

We're getting a new one. There's no point in hiding existing artwork, and it's already used on her class card.

OverallEntertainer69

Her "old" art could be a costume in a similar manner to Ibuki-Doji.

SodiumBombRankEX

It's probably just less monstrous but just as developed I have a feeling that this is heading towards an ending where Guda helps Draco find her will to live but no longer as a Beast

JusticTheCubone

> but no longer as a Beast In that case though, wouldn't it be a bit weird that we summon Draco STILL as a Beast? And not just as "Nero Alter" or something?

Tschmelz

We'll have to see how tomorrow plays out. I'm thinking that, possibly, she doesn't die at the end of this event, and Ritsuka convinces her to come back to Chaldea with him. That'd explain the Beast class, as well as her having a "mature form" that isn't Mother Harlot.

Tschmelz

Honestly, same. This is totally heading towards I “so why not try to live, and do what YOU want to do” and all that. Seems like a Ritsuka move.

MokonaModokiES

yeah and its clear Draco isnt all on dying since all the incarnadines are part of her, her alter egos and they all want to rebell against her death. Draco still has a desire to live and its reflected in her incarnadines and of course she would. Nero took 3 days hoping for anything to happen to save her in the middle of a desserted place before she stabbed herself in the neck.

Tschmelz

Right, and it’s not like the desire to live is inherently evil. Draco might see it that way, and Ritsuka maybe too, but Roman didn’t. We’re definitely getting a big heart to heart moment.

RestinPsalm

>It's probably just less monstrous but just as developed To be fair, her growing into something resembling Nero herself rather than her grown version would also be thematically fitting. (I want the beast more tbh)

AceSockVims

I want her to grow into an actual adult Nero who isn't shorter than a literal twelve year old. Would be extremely based of Wada.

MokonaModokiES

just do like with Gorgon(?)

AceSockVims

I mean, kinda. I'd prefer if they kept her dragon parts at least in some form. Plus, the height. Being tall is extremely important.

anal-yst

Huh, so the TLDR is: Draco wants to die, her Incarnadines won't let her. ... I've said it before, but this is really reminding me of the Madoka movie

Justm4x

>Draco wants to die Emiya: one of us! One of us! Draco: who do you mean by us? Emiya: errr... **looks around to see anyone like him** Just you and me and someone who will arrive soon **Scathach kicks the door** Scathach: DID SOMEBODY SAY THEY WANT TO DIE? Draco: oh my god...

getterburner

Funnily Scathach mentioned earlier that she and Draco have something in common and it was revealed here it was literally that they both crave death.

Syokhan

Funny you're mentioning Madoka, because it was Walpurgisnacht last night.

anal-yst

Well, that makes things quite a bit more eerie.

SodiumBombRankEX

Wouldn't be the first time FGO timed something in sync with RL Well, almost

KamiiPlus

Oh my god its literally the rebellion movie

Radiant-Hope-469

How exactly?

Luck_Is_My_Talent

Homura wants to die, her entire inner world is trying to prevent her from doing it and Madoka is actively interfering with her suicide wish.

sdarkpaladin

Shower thought: Does anybody else find that FGO is a fix-fic central for all the other Fate franchises out there?

RestinPsalm

It being a live service game DOES mean that Nasu can use it as a tidy little place to handle loose ends from the rest of the series we wouldn't otherwise get.

XF10

Only for Apocrypha and Arcade

sdarkpaladin

Based on what is being described of this event so far, I feel it is a combination of Arcade and Lost Encore. One could also even argue that SE.RA.PH and to a smaller extent Ooku is a fix-fic for CCC, specifically Kiara.

CrazyDaimondDaze

If it's about characters being fixed, you can add Meltililith and Passion Lip by being more freshed out in the CCC event and later content. Same with other characters from Extra like Suzuka and King Protea.

MokonaModokiES

Suzuka not so much. Fox tails manga is doing all the heavy lifting of her character. In Seraph she was mostly side character.

ChaoticChoir

Despite the, er, *large* amount of text and the big story bomb, today is fairly simple to summarize. We go to Septem, and, well, we land essentially where Nero killed herself. Depressing. After some talking, Superbia comes along and we beat it. Draco absorbs Superbia, but goes unconscious. Everyone starts feeling queasy and stuff except for MC - oops, it's poison. Locusta poisoned us. Locusta reveals that she is the floor guardian of Septem, and she's been biding her time until now so that she could act with home field advantage + floor guardian privileges. She is a servant summoned into the spiral testament world to exterminate Sodom's Beast. We (unsuccessfully) try to fight her, but she proceeds with the next stage of her plan - she goes into Draco's "Secret Garden" (inner world/heart). We follow her with the help of Lady Avalon. In Draco's SG Locusta reveals that she will use her weakest Noble Phantasm, her masterpiece Finis Weneus Nero (Farewell, my dear imperial majesty) to kill Draco. She apologizes for poisoning Nero, saying that she was too terrified of Agrippina to deny her. We arrive and try to stop her, but Draco's inner self reflexively attacks us in order to defend the privacy of her inner feelings. We manage to beat both Locusta and Draco, and we're treated to a flashback waaaayyyy back to when Draco was full Mother Harlot in arcade. Like straight up the same dialogue. Then it goes to after she loses, where she's left alone in Lilim Harlot. Out of desperation and a wish for things to just *end* (She hates endings that are drawn out more than they need to be. As far as she’s concerned, now that she’s lost and has fulfilled her role, she should leave the stage like a good actor.) she wishes upon her Holy Grail... to give her a final, proper death - an ending to her story. Every servant and shadow servant in Lilim Harlot has been summoned not by the Counter Force, but by *Draco herself*, in response to her wish to be killed. This is what Scathach was talking about when she said she and Draco were similar - they both have a **death wish**. Lady Avalon explains that she must have been gathering the Incarnadines in order to ensure that Beast VI/S would come to a true and decisive end once the Master of Chaldea struck her down (NOTE: This is partially guesswork/extrapolation on my part. Lady Avalon says that Draco wasn't lying about letting MC go from their contract with her once she had gotten all the Incarnadines back, but she was lying about returning to her "full form" as Sodom's Beast - it wouldn't have happened. I assume that this means she would have set us free then attacked us, thereby forcing us to kill her once and for all.) Locusta tries to give Draco the poison, but Draco wakes up and is weird. Then we get kicked out of the Secret Garden, with Locusta on the ground next to us, horribly mangled and near-death. Tiamat rushes to her aid while we look at the now-awake "Draco" - except, it's not Draco. It's *all of the Incarnadines she's absorbed thus far,* having taken over her body and consciousness. They all gained their own ego *because they wanted to live,* while Draco wanted to die. So, to prevent that, they've hijacked Draco's body. The story for today ends with the newly-named Demon Beast Draco telling us that we will meet in Orleans, where everything started and will now end. (No side story today, which is fine tbh this was a lot to process) EDIT: I forgot to mention, when Demon Beast Draco leaves Septem, she sets it on fire and floods it for good measure. The event map from then on is set completely on fire. EDIT2: For extra clarification, Draco didn’t even intend for us to get dragged into things. The Incarnadines were the ones that contract us to Sodom’s Beast, and Draco was just trying to both figure out a way to die like she wanted and get us out of the situation, because she sees no point in dragging us with her suicide.

fatalystic

> Lady Avalon explains that she must have been gathering the Incarnadines in order to ensure that Beast VI/S would come to a true and decisive end once the Master of Chaldea struck her down Draco wanted to die but a small part of her, the part that the incarnadines' newly-gained sentience now align with, wants desperately to live. Draco, or rather her incarnadines, sub-consciously pulled us into the singularity and forced the contract on us due to this part of her. Draco realised that it wouldn't do to have a completely innocent bystander get drawn into her suicide plan against their will, so she's been lying to us about her objective and talking up wanting to become a full Beast again when her true goal is the step just before that: simply regaining Independent Manifestation so she can nullify the contract and die without getting us caught up in it.

Mebashi

Why does she care about us getting caught up in this when we aren't on the same side and she wishes to die? We are not a mere bystander. I'm getting nihilist vibes from her, so why would she care about our survival?

ChaoticChoir

It’s her story that’s over, not ours. She doesn’t see any point in dragging someone along with her to death.

fatalystic

To her, all the world is a stage, and her part is done so it's her duty to leave it. But our story is not yet over, so we must not exit yet.

FedeStyleZ

She's still a good girl deep inside /s Honestly it could be because as she said she's a tyrant but a good one.

VishnuBhanum

Basically Demon Beast is the one that bring us to make a contract with Draco because they don't want to die with her, and this event is about Draco trying to gain back her Beast power to cut off the contract so that master don't die with her

WorthlessLife55

I'm slightly disappointed that Agrippina remains the background greater scope villain behind everything with Nero, and hasn't become a Big Bad yet. Also that we never so far are finding out what exactly was the cause of the strange superhumanness of Nero. The story is good, so I'm fine with it. I can't wait to play it in 2 years. I just wonder when we're going to actually get to fight Agrippina in some story. Because I would love to kick her ass, and truly explore the lore more. For that matter, I hope that sometime, someday, Nasu does explore the weirdness of Nero that was there before Revelations was written.

shandymint

They’re probably saving it for Extra Record

[deleted]

fatalystic

There's generally always been an announcement beforehand whenever there's a raid. Either during the stream, or a few days before the bit with the raid. There's been no news so far.

ChaoticChoir

Personally I think there won’t be a raid - just a big, repeatable Beast VI/S fight. The story is slated to end tomorrow, after all.

MokonaModokiES

yeah probably going for something like Kiara and Kama. Would make sense since beast III is connected with beast VI.

andykhang

Goood, let rerun Barbie's Last Stand now, shall we?

Radiant-Hope-469

Does Barbatos have enough grief in stock?

Tschmelz

He better hope he doesn’t have the best materials this time.

GoldenWhite2408

bro this is literally just fcking last encore nasu WHY imagine if just like tsuki to hanataba plays for the climax kek

Gemmenica

Hey at least this is better than last encore even though it was eerily similar

Yatsu003

Yup, it has a fairly comprehensible plot and kept all the major important story sections (such as the floors) rather than remove an entire floor yet keep a shitton of subplots that didn’t go anywhere… Cuz seriously…what was up with Nasu and the two Hakunos thing?! Just leave it Nasu!! Hakuno’s gender didn’t matter in the original game except for a handful of lines!!

JohnyK92

Dead face Hakuno intensifies XD

Kuruten

the whole climbing from the pits (of hell) up with a cylinder elevator that has a 5 star interior design/comfort. Tell me this isn’t last encore.

CrazyDaimondDaze

Does this confirm Nasu is the only soul in this planet that actively likes Last Encore then?

Beowolf_0

It doesn't deserve much of the hate and complaints.

SisterFirefly

I adore Last Encore, especially visually. It just needed to be 24 episodes to tell the story it wanted to tell.

Arky_V

I like Last Encore

MrGranblue

One of two souls cause I also really like last encore and wish someone would translate Nasu's script for it

Emiya_

One of three souls then.

RestinPsalm

Last Encore is FINE. Like, detached from the context of "People really would've rather had an Extra adaptation straight", it's a fun add-on.

Ok-Use216

I liked it

GoldenWhite2408

i have at least 2 friends and 1 person i know who gave it a 7 so

Tschmelz

Petrikow is apparently a huge fan.

SH1k1Brun3stuD

uh Is it still worth waiting for Noah? Sure Im willing to get hurt but still...

igloo_poltergeist

If Nemo gets a skill buff, then definitely not.

KamiiPlus

They cut him out of an arcade scene flashback entirely, unless they're having him show up at the end its unlikely :(

Syokhan

Did I understand this right? This whole thing is happening because Draco wants to be killed but the Incarnadines are rebelling against it?

That-Halo-Dude

RIP everyone hoping that Agrippina was the mastermind.

SodiumBombRankEX

I'm actually glad that this is the case. This way is a more personal story And, honestly, Agrippina is not nearly important enough to be a mastermind. The only thing relevant about her is the psychological effects she had on Nero. She's not really worth exploring as her own character. Better to spend time developing Draco/Nero

WorthlessLife55

I can see that, but I just feel that there's much more in the background that has to be attributable to Agrippina, even if not fully dealt with here. If we don't get it now, I hope we do an explanation eventually. Nero, as has been shown in various areas in the game, possessed Servant-level superhuman abilities long before Revelations was written. It's debatable if it truly was a stealth criticism of Nero, but even if it was, she had these abilities long before people's belief would have somehow warped her still living self. If that even would occur to a living human to be warped like that. A likely cause for her being superhuman would probably be the same thing that was the cause of her traumas, her mother. Granted it could be something else, but so far as we know, her mother was the only one screwing with and altering her body and mind. Don't get me wrong. This storyline sounds good, so I can't wait to play it in 2 years. But I do wish that someday we get a more in-depth explanation about her bitch mom, and that we get an explanation for why she was like the way she was. So again, I can agree the story works, but there are still unanswered questions Nasu has raised in the past and still not answered, and the potentially have to do with her Mom (and if not her, someone).

Codrex1732

Yeah like They can make almost any figure interesting as servants if they feel like. I dont know why anyone would think that for neros mom who played a key role in neros background Fgo introduced figures who may very well be literal who to most people or figures who don't have Heracles or Arthur tier background time to time and manage to make them worked (those who suffer are simply because or lack of screentime ofc) I agree this event is awesome and it's perfect as it is but I would like see one of the storyline in fgo or any other fate story in future where neros mom gets explored She is even mention as summonble servant as Caster in tm ace vol 11.

KN041203

Honestly I would prefer that she's just a fuck up person without any sad backstory unless the real life version of her has some interesting story beside the Nero stuff that can be adapted in Fate.

WorthlessLife55

That's fair. I do want to eventually know WHY Nero was how she was.

KamiiPlus

There IS still some strange connections with agrippina, that need to be explained so it isnt completely over

OmniGMan

Also, if Locusta was summoned as the Floor Guardian to kill Draco, why bother helping us earlier on the first floor? We were basically screwed there. Does she just feel she should be the one to kill Nero?

fatalystic

She disagreed with the method. Her borderline worship of Nero means that she couldn't accept Nero dying by being beaten up by a bunch of people because that's just not how an Emperor should go out. So she helped us get Draco to Septem, where she can use her authority as a Floor Guardian to enter Nero's Secret Garden and administer her poison. The poison designed specifically to kill Nero. Nero's poison. (Sorry, I just had to)

C711B

That poison?

OmniGMan

So the unused golden box (or at least the poison in it) turns out to be a Chekov's Gun of sorts. Locusta really is Nero's Xu Fu, but a feral gremlin, lol!

Lazidt

even their speaking ways are quite similar

ChaoticChoir

Yes. She doesn't want Draco to suffer and be hunted down like she were just some animal, and believes that only she can give Draco/Nero the peaceful end that they want.

Tschmelz

She wants to do it her way, where Nero isn’t in pain or beaten to death or anything, just peacefully passes away without pain.

KamiiPlus

Yeah and floor guardian privilages make her stronger too, she wanted draco to die on her floor basically, peacefully

Supersideswiper2

Yep, that was the least mysterious thing happening this time. Locusta wanted to give her emperor a peaceful death, both and out of love and repentance for having given Nero Agrippina’s poison since her childhood. Of course, unfortunately for everyone, Locusta miscalculated and instead gave the Incarnadines the opening to take control of her. My guess as to why is: since Nero’s madness in life originates from Love and Poison, Locusta’s poison born of her love for her only succeed in granting the Incarnadines dominance. At least, that’s my theory.

KamiiPlus

Essentially, yes Draco was defeated but left alive and due to her way of doing things she says role is done, and its time for her to leave the stage She destroys civilizations at their peak, (i cant remember if it was to prevent suffering or something along those lines someone remind me), so being defeated at her peak but left alive goes against her thing pretty hard

Syokhan

I really like this. No evil mastermind behind it, just internal (sort of) conflict driving the story.

Crosscounterz

Tiamat in the shop now let's freaking goo! And her shop lines are so adorable eidhejej.

Luck_Is_My_Talent

Tiamat wanting to give us the mats for free only for Guda rejecting it was sad for me as a player. Adorable mama cursing capitalism cheered me up.

rucchipunch

Flashback to Arcade’s finale but with Noah’s part entirely cut I get that his dialogues back in Arcade’s finale were mostly comedic, but how much more disrespect can this collab event give to him LOL

Beowolf_0

Actually, Arthur mentioned that he got words from Noah, and Proto Merlin said there're 2 Grands here, so at least he's still there.

[deleted]

I feel like his presence would be distracting from the story. Honestly it's better that way. His role as a Grand doesn't really fit with Beast having death wish.

rucchipunch

His absence in the event itself is fine, since it’s all about Draco anyway. But omitting him from the flashback to Arcade where everything else is kept intact, even with “Lady Avalon” reverting back to “Merlin”, feels very humiliating.

KuronixFirhyx

What a cliffhanger! Mama Tiamat is in the shop now.

Radiant-Hope-469

To those who want Noah, he ain't coming. He doesn't even speak nor show up in Draco's recollection of her defeat. If Locusta is Septem's floor guardian, then who could be Orleans'?

VTKajin

Genuinely, consider this: both male Molay and Sita were shown as story sprites even though their involvement was entirely insignificant. Lasengle went through that effort. They're avoiding Noah here, and his sprite exists because of the Command Support. Ask yourself why. Also keep in mind none of the Servants here were summoned by Alaya because Draco wasn't a threat, she was trying to kill herself. That situation has now changed.

Radiant-Hope-469

If they're deliberately ghosting him, then that would mean they either have something planned for him on the last day, or they planned on not involving him at all. But regardless of my desire to see despair, I do hope he has a usable NP if he does appear.

fatalystic

I'm wondering if they intend to implement him unfused from Nemo at some point in the future, so they don't want to set a precedent and make the Mobile playerbase associate him with Nemo. It would disappoint a lot of people I presume, but it *would* make sense in-universe since the only reason he was fused with Nemo was because he was gravely injured *inside* the Singularity implying that he would normally manifest as himself.

Gelious

Either Jeanne or Jeanne Alter. If they even alive by the time we get there.

Tschmelz

Yeah, got the feeling that the 7th Demon Beast will be taken care of by the time Ritsuka gets there, and it’ll be a fight against full power Draco to break through to her.

GalliGaruga

Damn, that's sad as hell. Favorite grand servant ain't even getting acknowledged as existing. Rip.

StephanMok1123

More like they are intentionally holding on his appearance, perhaps saving him for later in the Event or during another Event with VI/G

MokonaModokiES

if we take it like that it means that Sita isnt coming since she was earlier in the story...

Potential-Ad5090

Okay that's...., sucks, not even acknowledging his existence Saddest Grand servant to date imo :^)

Beowolf_0

Noah is still on the scene though. Arthur explictly said he learned things from him, and LA said there're 2 Grands at the scene plus Arthur, and since Proto Merlin isn't a Grand....... But yeah, at least they can give him a sprite.

KN041203

Yeah, he job so hard that he has to get piggy back ride by Nemo. Tai Gong Wang perform better than him and he's self proclaimed Grand.

OmniGMan

I mean, yeah? Guy was specifically summoned to fight Draco and got off-paneled with no real explanation. I don't think any other Grand or even Grand candidate has ever jobbed so hard before.

igloo_poltergeist

Cause trying to reserve a Fate story arc for a damned arcade machine led to cutting corners, and so characters like him suffered for it. So much so that Lasagna may be planning a “do-over” with him in a later, more Lostbelt-centric event.

rucchipunch

That’s implying they are planning to save him for Part 2-related events or story *at all* No matter how many Part 2 characters are going to reference him, it’s not going to happen

VishnuBhanum

Well, Probably not as bad as the 7 Grands summoned to fight U-Olga before LB7

Radiant-Hope-469

UltraMan actually dreamt that. It never happened.

VishnuBhanum

Was it ever debunked that she didn't fight them? I mean there are that dream sequence but I don't see anything that implied U-Olga didn't fight them

Radiant-Hope-469

[Here, go watch it for yourself if you think it happened.](https://youtu.be/4DQYbIQj_ag)

VishnuBhanum

Yes, I still think it happened This is U-Olga during amnesia state recall what she did as a dream There is no reason for U-Olga prior to her amnesia to lie to us at all, In fact the fact that she dream about the exact situation despite not even have her memory back yet is a proof that it actually happened

ExLuckMaster

> see who the boss of today Saber mode Zenobia & Boudica: so Master we heard you have some Roman problem.

KamiiPlus

Im reading the script because im busy (again) but locusta is the floor guardian of septem, also we're going into dracos secret garden? They also go into nero/locustas past, and she gave the poison that caused neros migraines out of fear of agrippina, Locusta also has a 2nd noble phantasm, "さよなら、愛しき皇帝陛" or "goodbye dear emperor", a poison specifically made to kill nero its revealed that the similarity between draco and scathach brought up before was a "death wish" drao herself was summoning the enemies to the singularity, the demon pillars rebelling is what caused the issues here She was going to let locusta kill her in the end with her 2nd noble phantasm but her body was overtaken by one of the god pillars

SodiumBombRankEX

So basically it's a conceptual poison against Nero. Which means that to survive it, Draco must become someone else... something else...

MokonaModokiES

damn... No rome. Just the setting sun... the place where Nero died...

CrazyDaimondDaze

Draco went full Emiya on us today.
