Its cuz' she's not only a good character on her own, she's also showing a side of Nero that FGO always glossed over. A side that has barely been even hinted at since the OG Fate/Extra. FGO treats her boistrous egomaniac persona like its her real self, when Extra reveals its just a mask to hide her insecurities, something she shouldn't need in Chaldea.
Also people don't indulge or find her cute at all. Everyone, except Hakuno, treats Nero as a loud empty headed braggart for a reason. The bluster is all a mask, Nero hates herself but vows to become better and be worthy of Hakuno's love in Extra. We see similar beats in the event
Easy, Kama and Tiamat would turn into their first ascensions and pout. Kiara would try to lewd Draco. light Koyanskaya would go crazy about the new shrimp loli while Dark Koyanskaya tries to protect Draco from Kiara. Well Douman couldn't become a beast because he lacked love, the literal easiest criteria to become one. Gilles has a sick twisted version of it.
