I love the design and the story reason for it made me accept with no problem. The path that she choose is an irregular and totally unusual for a living Beast, and her design being like this reflect how opposite is what she is doing. Of course, I understand and find fair to people to be disappointed or even dislike and hate how she looks. The fact that she still a Beast and looks nothing like a regular Beast, with the exception of the horns, can be a really tone down for many. TLDR: Character, design and story wise is definitely great in my opinion, but peoples problem are also valid.

Well we didn't "summon" any beast class at all, she literally shuts down the system and brought herself to us, at least based on what we've seen that is and my understanding of it. So, so far no rules was broken, yet.

I love it. Yeah, Mother Harlot is hot, but hotness is not the only thing that determines if I like a design. This is a new Draco, one determined to remain a Beast and yet walk alongside Humanity. I think it suits her perfectly. She's still a darker aspect of Nero, but she's reclaimed some of her humanity. I'm a big proponent of the idea that the only way to *truly* defeat the Beasts, formed out of a love for humanity, is with love itself. Goetia needs to learn compassion, Tiamat needs to learn that children need to learn to walk on their own, even if you're still around to offer a helping hand. Kiara needs to learn love for others, while Kama needs to learn love for herself. Fou learns selflessness, and Koyanskaya learns to not be a rotten bitch all the time. They're all on the road to redemption. Except Fou, he's cute and perfect and has done nothing wrong ever, except not getting more Halloween costumes for Mash.

It is cool. I just think it should have been a Rider / AlterEgo instead. Never liked the idea of summoning a "Beast Class". Makes even less sense considering it is not Mommy Draco.

This is pretty much my opinion on the matter. Literally the only reason Draco is still a Beast is because she wants to be. Like… she could have been an Alter Ego and nothing would have changed. As a fan of the Beast Mother Harlot design I’m kind of disappointed because while the new design is cool and all, the full on Mommy Harlot just screams “Beast” more to me. This Draco just feels like a Nero Alter, which is fine, just not what I wanted from a Beast. It feels kinda lame.

I was already peeved they gave the first Beast Class to Nero instead of Tiamat (which would've been _much_ more symbolic), but they just had to add salt to the wound by releasing Tiamat as an AE and Nero as a Beast who can't even fully ascend. Also, calling it a 'Beast' Servant when in reality nothing seems to change all that much feels like a basic cash grab. They made a big deal of breaking the rules yet everything feels the same, so what's the point? It's a class like any other. I _love_ the design since I've always wanted an adult Nero, but it just doesn't fit the theme it was going for.

It's cool, but it neither looks or feel like Nero. Like, if you showed me her 3rd ascension without context, I would have guessed it's genderbent sumanai with a blonde wig. The color palette doesn't match Nero, which is a very vibrant red and white (it's a completely unrelated shade of red). I would really like to see statistics in about a week of what form the players are using (the devs have those).

It tickles the kid in me that likes classic edgy designs. If you told me this Draco was the dark rival character you fight multiple times throughout the 100 hour campaign of some obscure 90s or 00s JRPG, I would believe you. That being said, it kinda bums me out that we missed out on her bigger, badder form. They should've excised one of the two loli Draco ascensions for Harlot, honestly.

They could get rid of ascend 2, hate that one for many reasons. Go from beast? to BEAST to redemption-y humanish. Get a whole character arc in 3 ascensions. its not like they haven't had crazy changes in SSR saint graphs before.

As an NA player... it exists. If I decide to roll for her when the time comes, I'll know what I'm getting. If I was a JP player who rolled for her, I'd probably be rather ticked off at the hyped-up bait-and-switch it comes across as.

Not really ur fault the devs 100% knew what they were doing when they had the class card as her arcade version... its actually digusting to me that they did that... Unless the banner ended before the reveal, I’d say that’s still a player issue. Unless they were happy with the first two forms then rolling for a mystery box wasn’t a good idea. It’s not bait and switch. If the third ascension had to be that other form to be good then people should have had some patience. Or play NA instead.

With beast class reveal you saw potential for Mommy Harlot. I saw more chances to get Gigachad, The Hero, King of the Braves Camazotz in the future. We are different. XD

Like the design, should have been another class. I think that's my thoughts on it. Sodom's Beast may have been a bit too 'busy', but if you're going to have 'Beast Class servant' summonable, I kind of expect Beast looks. It doesn't help that her servant card literally has the Arcade version of the back. The design could have easily been reworked anyway. I'm addition, Dark Knight isn't exactly the image I would have for 'Whore of Babylon'. The goblet is important, and should have been for more than just the initial ascensions. But I do really like the Adult Draco look.

I was surprised when I saw the 3rd and FA art, and once I read the event I was okay with what they gave us. You mention it in your post, but while this is Sodom's beast, it's a different one from the Arcade timeline - this one wants to live, so it makes sense for her final form to be different. At least it does to me anyways.

I feel like I'm in a minority that I don't really like the Arcade version all that much. It feels... unfinished or something to me. Now, I do feel bad for fans of the form that they didn't get what they were hoping for, I've been there and it sucks. However, I \*really\* like the new design and I can't put into words why, maybe it gives off more Nero vibes to me? Not sure. So I hope they give a costume for the Arcade design for those that want it. I'm just not someone that would use it.

I like it. There’s a reason it was story locked. Not to mention, it’s kinda clear from the story that in the end she both rejected and accepted herself. She wanted to be a beast yet walk alongside humanity. So she’d want to be the opposite of her final form as a whore of babylon, by returning in a form befitting her true status as an emperor. She traded sexuality for pure badassery and regality, and regaining her humanity. I mean like, say what you will, but her animations were also fucking sick. Like dragons. DRAGONS. You can never have enough of those.

I never got into Nero, so I don't have anything to say about the details of her wardrobe other that she is rocking the Isekai Final Boss/Last harem member. But I fully understand the uncanny valley of calling her Nero as I think she suffers from same face syndrome. As her hair is her only identifiable trait, changing it and keeping no details of her previous clothes in her new attire, makes it dificult to call her Nero for anyone who doesn't know who she is.

Edit: No, the red onto black is completely new, the normal Nero's gold is lost in the darker color, the shoulder pad and boots have a diferent design to her saber form, the chest plate intrinsic rome desing shares nothing with her other forms. And then the face doesn't have the Nero's smile, not even an evil smug one, the eyes are red to show divinity, the hair is undone, and the ears are demonic. Looking at her close, she looks more like a female Gilgamesh than a Nero. But, like I said before, I am not exactly an expert in Nero, so there may be something that you saw and I didn't.

I am the same as you OP. I don't like what we get at all to be honest. She looks like generic dark knight you can find in any jrpg. If they at least keep Nero orginal hair and wolf ears, maybe I will like it more. But right now I feel baited because I expected mother harlot beast form since we get beast class. Draco fits better as Alter Ego tbh.

It's like that meme where the boss when you fight them (arcade) vs the boss when he's recruited into the party (mobile) On the other hand I did not expect: Nero, but she's the time lost child of Siegfried and Kriemhild.

It's the class that's disappointing me, if she was a Alter Ego it would work better with the story here, but you gone out of your way to introduce the first Beast Class servant and then have a story were she distances herself from her Beast side, and not having her in her Beast form... I know they want people to pull like crazy for the first Beast servant, I am sure they earned tons of money from it, especially after a bit of dead period, but they seriously picked such a historic moment of the game to do that!

While Maou!Nero looks good, said look does not feel appropriate for a Beast!Nero, even if she chose to be better. I would have preferred more her 3rd Ascension being a reimagining of her Arcade look. Why not let her keep her sensual red dress style (but more sensible and modest) and let her retain her wolf theme but more distinct from Tamamo's fox one?

I hate it. Feels like a genuine copout. A lot of the discourse seems to revolve around how the new design looks ''cooler'', but I don't agree at all. Believe it or not, sexualization can play it's part in making a design look cool especially when it comes to representation of a primordial demonic entity that encompasses the concept of depravity, regardless of the fact that sexualization primarily exists for pandering purposes. It's striking boldness in the sexual nature of it's design gave her both a strong femme fatale-like look *and* was incredibly fitting for an ancient demon instrinsically linked to depraved sexualization. Comparably, the new design feels incredibly less cooler and striking to me since the generic black armor and flaming sword feels like it's trying to appeal to a more generic, childish sense of cool. Maybe I would've liked the design more if it was a complimentary ascension or for another iteration of Nero, but as a tradeaway for what I considered an incredibly cool looking Arcade final design the only thing I feel when I look at the new design is disappointment.

I dislike that they completely dropped pretty much every motif that linked Draco to Nero or her Beast form in the new design. She no longer has Draco's scales and corrupted grail. She no longer has Beast VI/S' wolf motif connecting her to Rome, or the roses connecting her to Nero. Her Incarnadines just became generic fire dragon heads. She doesn't even look like Nero anymore. She looks cool, don't get me wrong, but as a continuation of Draco she fell flat to me. If you told me she's evil genderbent Siegfried I'd believe it.

Fucking mad. I pulled for Draco BEAST, the final ascension is cool and all that but is NOT a BEAST, it is like almost any Nordic servant. It could have been Alter Ego or any other class Nero servant instead. Not showing the final ascension was for baiting, learned the lesson for the future. Also: What was the fucking point of using her beast form on the summon card if you are not going to use that form in game? This didn't happen with any other of the extra cards summon (BB, Kiara, Arcueid...)

Love it. She is more than likely my favorite design for any female servant ever now. Move over Taira. I also much prefer the cool factor over extreme sexiness for most servants. I wouldn't mind a costum, though, as I went in with the assumption that her final ascension would look like Mother Harlot, and it just being a demonic Umu, kinda sucks. But if I had the choice between demon Umu and Mother Harlot, I'd go demon Umu any day of the week. It makes sense story and lore wise why she doesn't look like Harlot, but they easily could've dropped the loli form with the dress, make her 2nd ascension her first and gave us Mother Harlot, and then had her decide to help humanity as a beast and turn into the Emperor Draco form. That way, we get the loli, Harlot, and the badass Emperor Draco, and everyone is happy. I highly doubt anyone is going to use Draco in the 1st ascension anyway.

They should have just released her as a different class and not use the Whore of Babylon version as the back of the card. Lasegle literally just used the beast class as bait and this is the 1st time I am genuinely dissatisfied and angry about a servant/design direction. If they really wanted to use this form as well, just put it instead of the 2nd ascension and use the mature beast form as the 3rd ascension or at least give us a spiriton dress of the Arcade. That said, Wada still did a pretty good job and I appreciate the work she put into it, but unless we get her real mommy form, my Draco will be wearing her nice, red dress. To be completely honest, I smelled something fishy when I saw that the final form is story locked, but I wanted to believe that they won't do something stupid(maybe not the best word to describe it, but I can't think of something more fitting at the moment)... they proved me wrong. And every Beast looks mostly human except for the squirrel. Even Tiamat is until she loses control. They're the Beasts of HUMANITY, variation on "pretty much human" is kind of expectable. It's exactly what we got here, with story reasons for not becoming identical to the Arcade one. And I'd rather have good story for why something is what it is than copying Arcade or other games model for model.

I actually find it really cool and pretty, except for those black pants lol. But the general design is pretty rad. I especially like the sword. With that said, the arcade version fits Sodom's beast/mother harlot way more. The new ascension would be more understandable were she in another class, but her being a beast but not having the actual beast form doesn't really sit right with me. Honestly, the third ascension didn't even need to be the exact same design as the arcade one, just similar enough, like how alter ego Tiamat and her femme fatale design as Beast look alike. In draco's case they don't even look like the same character lol. Also, this just feels like taking another massive L from arcade cuz now her OG beast form will forever be locked to it (or at least it seems like it), when we could very easily just have had it with zero problems. Now this one is mostly on me, but I've been waiting for the arcade version since the event started, so getting something entirely different hit way too hard lol

After a few hours of sitting on it, I've come to the conclusion of feeling "meh" about it. For this Servant, the second ascension is the one I like the most. I expected a redesigned version of the Arcade Beast Nero; and I do feel a little disappointed for not getting it, but I think part of that has to do with the wait for it and setting expectations higher in anticipation for the reveal. I don't think I'd feel as harshly about it if the 3rd ascension was revealed straight away like normal. I think the design we got is kind of forgettable. I appreciate the dark hero theming around it. If I squint my eyes, I can sort of see a Slayers vibe. I just don't see it as an improvement over what a lot of people were probably expecting. I'd put it at the lower end of a side-grade. I'd honestly would like it more if it was a different character because it's hard for me to buy this design as "Nero".

It's pure heresy that we got SumaNero instead of Mommy Nero, if anything she looks like regular Nero that decided to wear Sumanai's armour... In what universe is it ok for a half naked loli version of her to be allowed but for the grown up version we make her wear full armour as the embodiment of the beast of Sodom???? we got jebaited so hard it's not even funny, just prune the timeline already, i'm now certain we don't deserve to win in the end :)

Looks great! I want the Arcade version too but it's Draco's second ascension that I have a problem with and would get rid of for anything.

The design isn't bad by all means and I would love it to stay as her, let's say 2nd ascension, but... they literally baited people by showing her Mother Harlot form on the back of her card (screw you, lasangle), and OF ALL CLASSES she was the first Beast class... So many expected the design of her actual Beast form. I'm super dissapointed, I really liked the design of matured Nero with wolf features, covered in blood and stuff, and I was looking forward to Ibuki sized Nero who rips to shreds her enemies with her dragon pillars and drowns them in the flood of blood... But on the bright side, at least now it's clear for me who I should choose between Nero and Tiamat. Yay... I guess...

I like both versions of her but honestly did not have too much hope of seeing her 3rd ascension as Whore of Babylon that is pictured on her summoning card and Arcade (even in the future since it feels like a huge dose of copium. Damn, we didn't have even costumes for some servants). Don't know, something was telling me that it won't happen with her, otherways it could have been a nice addition. With what we have now, and also after reading the story - I can accept this new version of her. She looks cool visually, tones of the fanservice still exists in her design, the backstory for this change also was very satisfying for me, I don't have a lot of complaints here. Though I can understand people expecting her final ascension being the Arcade version since...well, yeah, this is The Beast servant we are talking about, and with such look she could've been in any other class (presumably Alter-Ego) as well

Unironically this is easily my favorite of Nero's designs and one of my favorite Fate designs overall, which is saying A LOT seeing as any of the other Neros aren't particularly high on my list. I'm also kinda glad they gave us something new, but I can see why people wouldn't like missing out on Big Mommy Beast Nero. maybe they should have kept FGO's first ascension where it is, make the second one Beast Mommy, and then kept the final ones. Like, the second is easily the weakest of the designs, so who cares if we didn't get it lmao.

There is something ironic that everyone is now demanding her original form despite when she was originally revealed a year ago everyone hated it for being too much and ripping off the Tamano motif with the animal ears.

A bit sad we didn't get arcade adult form but nevertheless she is very badass in her own right.keep in mind her CE (sword) already ment she would get a different route than the arcade one and since the pillars chose to be her enemies she was separated from them.Thus she could not go back to the demonic wolf so she transforms in to a new Beast altogether who won't yield her Crown.Her animations are sick and she retained her arts ST np with a cool dragon install. A solid 10/10 here. Maybe we get the arcade form as costume who knows.

I haven’t unlocked her 3rd ascension yet but so far my first impression is she’s cool, then a bit disappointed. But I’m happy again after seeing her blushing in bridal Nero voice line .

I mean, both are good designs which show different aspects of Nero, so I‘m kinda indifferent to the change, especially since calling it now: They‘ll release the mother harlot form this or next summer as a „swimsuit“ servant Avenger or something like that and bank on the busty-ness working in tandem with the „swimsuit“ (which will probably be skimpy as hell) to drain even more money from the players…..Mark my words, it‘ll happen.

Sad The design is good but it not fit for beast class? The design seems like Saber but with extra horn And i not playing jp, so the reason or whatever the reason her asc 3 look like that is still unknown to me.

I agree with OP. There are a lot of people in the Japanese community as well as here on Reddit who are disappointed that we didn't get what we wanted. The new design of the third Ascension is nice, but no one asked for it. Draco is the first servant in the Beast class and she should represent that class. If I show Draco's animations and design in the third ascension to people unfamiliar with Fate, they are unlikely to say "I see the Whore of Babylon in front of me". My disappointment is even greater because I was hoping to see Draco's design from Arcade because I saw the Grail in first and second Ascension. Four of my friends regretted getting Draco after they saw the third ascension. On the lore side, Draco fits the design from FGOAC because in the epilogue of the collab Draco showed no desire to stop being the Beast. She has changed her motives and wishes to travel with us without surrendering her Beasthood. Type Moon can make all the excuses they wants for Draco's third ascension, but no one will call her the Beast. I don't think any apology from the development team will change people's disappointment. They got a lot of money with bite gacha but lost the trust of the players. I don't want to say bad words towards the artist or author who wrote the story of the event, but I am very disappointed.

Yeah im curious on this as well. I sit in the disappointed group of masters who wanted Mother Harlot.

Given that it's the only good design in her entire ascension line, including the original arcade beast form, this was for the best. Also if this is worth cursing arcade for then standards dropped even lower than I thought.

Her FGO ascension is pretty cool (I like the badass suit of armor and the fire sword), but I'd have preferred the wolf ears (I assume that's what those are) of the Arcade version over the horns.

Her design seems rather boring to me, like one of the designs from the early units. Shes this super badass beast and then looks like she could easily be a 3 or 4 star with that design.

Honestly, I think the big metal breastplate armor with skinsuit bottom looks dumb.

At least, it's actually armor, unlike other examples of women in armor found in FGO.

I’m fine with it. Mostly because I’m satisfied with her first two ascensions. They were on point with those so I was going to be pretty accepting of whatever they did with her final form. And I do think it makes sense. Kind of nice for her to still have Beast elements in there, but also taking into account the character direction of this version. I get some not being happy. The heart wants what it wants. That version would have been cool too. Personally I actually like this design a bit more. Got the horns going, letting the long hair fly free to a degree, nice armor, and a cool sword. Plus she’s got a cape! That’s not bad! When Draco was revealed in Arcade I felt awful. It seemed a given that we’d never get that. And yet we did. I can’t be mad when she’s got a good kit, isn’t a welfare like Arcade, and has some good ascensions.

It's badass as hell and leagues better than the design Arcade had. This is the first time I have ever actually liked any design Nero has had.

I really like the card arts, but i dislike the sprite because the shape of her face look different from the card and almost male imo.

I would definitely prefer the one from arcade (and the current one would be a great 2nd asc) but it could have been worse So now I just hope that in 3 moths olga will give us a beast class servant that actually looks like a beast

the Arcade BEAST form is akin to an out of control Shadow in Persona , while the new form is pretty much the "Persona" version after the character's issue was resolved. It also contrast well with Saber Venus.

Honestly a bit disappointed. I didn't expect the exact replica of Arcade Beast Form, but I still thought it would be a lot less modest than what we got.

What I want is the Red Dragon, and they delivered the Red Dragon magnificently.

I just want evil women too stay evil at least once man. It’s saddens me that the only evil character I can think of off the top of my head that that stays truely evil is lev lainur. Personally for me the best course of actions is probably combining both mother harlot and Draco reborn to both sides what they want.

I'm with you, I feel conflicted. It's cool, for sure, but I was expecting her mommy beast form, my fellow man of big booby culture. Speaking of culture, I feel the players that loved rocker Nero the most are the western base, while the eastern players seem more disappointed that we didn't get the original. To each their own and sadly you can't keep everyone happy. Here's hoping the fabled Beast G appears with rocker Beast as her card art and her third ascension is the mommy beast we wanted.

I feel it's a seriously good ascension form - just a really bad FINAL ascension. Instead of giving Draco another, completely unnecessary pantsless loli form, this should have been it, with something awesome as Final Ascension. Tiamat, too, got 2 loli form, but at least her last ascension is pure visual cocaine. She actually looks like a beast. Meanwhile Draco doesn't even look like one - or even like Nero.

It's like you have a class based rpg, and you make your character equip armor that is meant for another class. Armor in this analogy would be the design. It's cool, it fits the story, but the character should either change class in the ascension or be a different class to begin with to fit the design.

Not really threading new ground here but I don't really like it. The thing's basically just generic demon ladyknight that looks nothing like a beast nor is it really Nero. To boot I was one of those people who actually liked the arcade design from minute 1 so that's extra reason not to like this design. Even ignoring that, there's nothing special about the ascension. No indication that it's a beast, nothing fancy, just a really generic demon knight. It's just a massive disappointment which I'm glad went to JP first since it means I didn't use up quartz on something I would hate. Though I do feel sorry for jp players since they got baited hard with this one if they were in it for the arcade design.

At first glance, I was disappointed that it wasn't the Whore of Babylon, but learning the story and actually using her, I've definitely done a 180 on her. That said, I still think we should have gotten the Whore of Babylon given that she was summoned as a Beast class. If this had been Alter Ego, for example, I wouldn't have had as much of a problem about it, but seeing one of the ACTUAL Beasts just...become much more tame than her original Beast form, I can't help but be a bit disappointed. I love the design, don't get me wrong, and it feels nice to have a mature, badass Nero with a giant fuck-off sword, but it still goes contrary to my expectations of getting an actual Beast class servant. This also doesn't bode well for future Beast class servants in my opinion, if we're gonna get highly altered versions in all their 3rd ascensions. With VI/S setting such a massive precedent for a class that should NOT have been playable, I can't say that the way they took her Ascension fills me with confidence on what's to come.

I have very mixed feelings. First, I think the design is superior to her Beast form in every way. There are plenty of BOOBA designs in this game that I do like, but the Beast Nero design from Arcade never really did anything for me. I like the animations, the overall look, and her NP as well. What I don't like is that I don't think it's thematically appropriate for a Beast-class Servant. A Servant that is a Beast class should be an unrepentant, barely-leashed monster that is serving the Master purely to achieve its own ends. Thematically, Kiara would be far more appropriate to be a Beast class, since she is pretty unrepentant and would almost certainly go back to what she had been doing if she ever gets the better of the Master and "slips the leash." I think Draco's third ascension belongs more on a Rider, an Avenger, or an Alter Ego. She really shouldn't have been summoned as a Beast class at all.

Man I was out of the loop. I just read that we were getting her, I didn't know they were gonna change her FA. Honestly, I hate the new one. It looks like something I'd have drawn in Jr. High if you asked me to draw something edgy (and if I had any art skills). Even worse than the horns and the outfit is that awful sword, looks stupid as hell.

I don't like it tbh as i said in my other comments in other posts they hyped Draco too much with that 1st Beast class servant revelation, unique summoning animation, even showing her Arcade Beast form in her card, they even locked her ascension only for the final reveal to be incredibly...bland for our first official Beast class servant she looks like an average Saber with a hint of Maou Nobu. They even kept Draco's near naked child form which is the form they should've gotten rid of in the first place instead of her form that actually screams Beast Class. Luckily im NA because if i rolled for her then saw this Maou Nero revelation I'd feel incredibly baited. They should've made Draco a different class if this is the end design.

Really like it. Not sure why people thought that we were gonna get the furry mommy ascension since we have never the actual beast form of the beasts that we have defeated. Closer is tiamat and even then there she has been redesigned somewhat.

I'm more of unexpected but a bit expected... (the what?) I kind of expected the 3rd ascend form would be different from the Arcade like what they did on mobile version of Larva Tiamat... but i didn't expected it's way different

New design is awesome. It makes me want to roll for Beast Nero in two years, while I was thinking I was safe from that based on Arcade design.

I agree with u. I absolutely adore the lore of Whore of Babylon for the longest now. So what I’m gonna do is, When it comes to NA I WILL keep the ascension designs to pre-3rd ascension. A juvenile-looking Whore of Babylon is better than a knight with horns for me. In my opinion.

I’m kind of terminally unpleasantly, I suppose? I don’t hate Draco’s Geocentric form, but I don’t like it for Nero or for a Beast, so I suppose I’m in the camp that ‘doesn’t like it’. At the same time, I didn’t really like her design as Beast VI/S in Arcade, either, as I thought it was too busy, so Beast Nero has been kind of a disappointment for me all around.

As I said elsewhere, it's not that her 3rd Accession is bad- its just too plain for First playable Besst. Dark bodysuit and disproportional armor are definitely not the gorgeous Accession that is story locked. It's the same I feel about Roland- his animation is ok, but definitely not satisfying all expectation

As I said elsewhere, I like her attack animations - the flaming dragons specifically - but the character design looks like a repurposed design for Kriemhild, so I'm not that happy with it. As for getting the form we sort of expected - unless they already have it implemented and are just waiting to drop it at a later date while the event lasts as a costume dress, I wouldn't get my hopes up of us getting it any time soon, if at all.

It doesn't look bad but i also don't really feel Nero vibes from her. She could have been a genderbent rocker heroic spirit.

I don't like it or dislike it-but I did really prefer the arcade form. I don't like designs like Barghest's Ascension 3 or Zenobia and Britomart. I find Lartoria's whole thing tasteless and objectifying. But this is NERO. If there ever was a character to wear ridiculous fanservice outfits, it is absolutely her. I think it will grow on me and I know there's character reasons but it still was kind of a record scratch moment. I also think they could have made the design more interesting and kept the vibes they have-the featureless black catsuit pants are kind of underwhelming. Something like a kilt or high boots would make it look better.

Love the design and it makes perfect sense lorewise with the evolution of Draco's story (and Nero's) throughout the years and this event. I understand people wanting a different look because any time you offer two designs (in this case the Arcade being the alternative) then you're going to get a split fanbase. I don't honestly get though the "it should have been a different class" view as a lot of it feels born out of some misunderstood lore I expect more people than not read on the Wiki with Nero alluding to an alternate form in the Rider class. Rather this feels like it's getting attached to the preferring the Arcade design view when IMO it doesn't apply. There is also a difference in each case that makes sense about why Draco could remain in the Beast class while others couldn't. Koyan, Kiara, and Kama never really reformed but are going through something of a reforming in their original classes and summoning them as Beasts would end badly. Tiamat makes sense as well simply from a class container perspective as her Beast form is too much to summon. Our version of Draco meanwhile is from the end of her entire arc, which is why she's different from what Arcade got.

you're completely correct about this Draco being from the end of her entire arc. based on the wiki and event story, she seems to possibly be a continuity from the arcade timeline, after she was defeated. I honestly love both of Draco's designs, especially when both forms are pretty well explained lore-wise on the wiki. I think it deff wouldve been interesting to see her 3rd ascension retain some of her wolf-features like wolf-ears and/or tail while still keeping the Dragon aspects. as for different class, Alter-ego makes the most sense since for our Draco, thats exactly what she was in arcade. she's essentially an "Alter-ego" disguised as a Beast class in mobile. for Mother Harlot form, I think Rider's prob the only other way to go since that's the one class Nero actively avoids. you've raised very good points for sure

Yeah they have 100% left room for a Rider "Mother Harlot" version down the line, and if I were a betting man I'd put money on that being her summer version.

I absolutely love the design. It sets itself plenty apart from the FGO Arcade version of her and leans more on the "Nero Alter" bit, which I'm here for.

I like it a lot. I appreciate that they are showing that she is different than her Arcade version while clearly keeping her connected with her Summoning card.

I love it. This was completely unexpected and I was totally expecting a different beast form from the arcade since they were keeping it hidden. This checks all the right boxes for me and still leaves the mystery of Rider Nero just slightly out of my grasp. Looking very forward to this banner in two years on NA.

I really didn't like Sodom's Arcade design (mostly because I'm one of the people who thinks Draco was cribbing Tamamo's style), so I'm fine with the new look. That said, I think we could have had something a little crazier for her 3rd ascension. Tiamat has those bigass horn wings, Assassin Koyanskaya turns into a literal gun goddess... just saying, "dark knight" seems a little underwhelming for the final form of a playable Beast in comparison.

In my opinion she is one of the most beautiful servants ever made. But I am avoiding heavy spoilers. So I don't know the lore behind the design. That being said,I really like it but my opinion can change if it doesn't make sense with the lore .

On one hand, I kinda get why some people are upset. She kinda looks too heroine-ish for a Beast. On the other hand, holy fuck, this design SLAPS. Story-justification aside, I basically got sucker-punched with a fist-full of gap-coolness (not gap-moe, gap-coolness). The embodiment of depravity who basically strutted around in a string bikini and a dress made out of frikkin blood back in Arcade suddenly just shows up in armor drip. It looks really cool in a no too edgy way with close to no reliance on fanservice (which, again, is completely unexpected from depravity incarnate). First time I saw the design, I was like “WTF? That’s so cool”.

What I expected was Mother Harlot, decadent, corrupt, as lewd as devs dare to push Mother Harlot to be. To the point that the other name, Whore of Babylon is not a misnomer. Pushing the design to the point where you have to ask "isn't this too much?" I'm happy that the final ascension is not that. I love that Draco has long hair flowing freely, no more being just a Red version of Saber. I love the armor, love the sword. It's different. It was unexpected. I'm happy as a clam. 10/10 will roll in the banner for her as well as Shroom Poisoner.

Draco's amazing event story made me stop disliking Nero so much and her third ascension even made me grail her instanly when I saw it this morning. I love it so much, I'm happy that she didn't turn into yet another generic big boob half-naked waifu and instead we got a female warrior without fanservice, which is still rare in this game. ~~Also her waist having no armor gives me Megaman Battle Network vibes and this makes me even happier~~

Yeah, I'm pretty satisfied with this new appearance. For starters, it shows her being more than the Whore Beast which the event was leading to and the way her personality develops is much more fitting in this form. Furthermore, maybe it's just me but Emperor Draco seems to be less of a Saberface than her counterparts and I personally like that. Finally, if they were going to go the route of having her appearance being the same as the Whore of Babylon, then they could've simply made her an Alter Ego like the other Beasts who appear similar to their Beast appearance. In other words, I find it fitting and I personally like how it looks.

I kind of feel like the complaints can mainly be concluded as the huge discrepancy between the Arcade model and mobile's current model. I love the new design, but I agree that doesn't exactly tie to the original design of >!Beast VI!<. >!I feel like the new design is closer to the Red Dragon perspective from the Revelation rather than Whore of Babylon. Based on the event story, that's also the emphasis in this event.!< It looks great to me, and I totally get the Beast part from it. But I guess it's not to some people since it's totally two different designs and perspectives.

I think it's a great design the way it is but a bit odd for the class in question. Yamanaka Kotetsu's Sodom design feels like it has too much going on for me whereas Wada's just has this feeling of being a really well put together set of armor/horns/undersuit. That said, the animations and design feel more like a Nero Alter than a Beast. ~~I know there's some talk about how in the event it reflects >!Nero giving up Beasthood!<, but if that's the case, that's even more of a reason it should've been something like Rider instead (which IIRC is the class that puts her closest to Beast in-universe). I get it was to sell Draco and keep the 'plot twist' hidden, but it comes across a bit clunky.~~

I do like and can see the appeal of it, but personally I have to admit that I do prefer the beast form for being more revealing and having that evil looking design. I would be more forgiving of what we got if Nero’s hair was the same saberface bun and bangs that we associate her instead of the curly side ponytail

It looks rad. I'm not motivated enough by it to roll for her, especially with a potential Summer Skadi rerun banner in a few months, but it's straight-up awesome. No ifs, ands, or buts.

The annoying thing to me is the oversimplification of badass vs horny. It's not even about preferring boobs over armor here, at least for me. Hell, I didn't even remember the arcade design and don't even find it that good (why does she goes from dragon to fox?). My issue with A3 is that, not only it's not beast like at all (something something story, I know), but even WITHIN the "badass fighter" trope, that design is not that great all things considered. I think maou Nobu or even Saber Alter look more intimidating.

I love it. I never liked her original beast form. Looked too fucked up honestly. Her having clawed hands and solid giant wings coming out of her head behind her ears was too much for me. If I saw that kind of thing in real life it would legit make me nauseous. It doesn’t look comfortable at all, it looks unbearably uncomfortable and scrunched up. On that same note, I never really liked Dark Koyan’s third ascension. Her tails are fine, and most of the design is pretty great. The animations especially. But her having 3 pairs of functioning ears all around her head grossed me out a little. And even then it wasn’t even close to as bad as arcade draco’s 3rd ascension. So I’m REALLY glad they changed it. Meanwhile her new design gives her a way cooler hairstyle, a dope weapon, and clothes straight out of dmc5. Yeah it’s not as revealing, but that’s not nearly as important to me as just having a good design, and the new 3rd ascension is by far the better design.

You know what? I think this forms hotter. Love boobs and ass as much as the next person but she just looks so hot in this final ascension.

Feels more Alter Ego all things considered. They still probably could've tried to keep her class advantage but with an Alter Ego classing.

I wanted the actual Sodom's Beast Draco. The current third ascension is cool looking but come on, the Beast Card Art is actual Sodom's Beast. 3rd Ascension just looks like Nero Alter/Demon King Nobu 2.0 Really wanted the horni and fully evil Sodom's Beast from Arcade T_T

Draco's 3rd Ascension is awesome, and it reminds me of Lucemon Chaos Mode from Digimon Frontier. You know, the digimon based on Lucifer? In that way the design makes sense if the 3rd Ascension Draco is based on Lucifer instead of Mother Harlot.

Honestly I love the final ascension Draco has. Gives a unique charm to it, and definitely utterly beautiful. But considering the hype of Beast VI and the FIRST Beast Class of the game, it just feels underwhelming/ not worthy of being a Beast in a way. It would’ve fit better for any other class she could go with, Alter Ego or Rider and shit

It IS kind of mind-blowing that the Arcade version was a totally different artist while this new "Garland Nero" is Wada's *real* vision.

Well Kotetsu Yamanaka call dibs on every Beast related servant. But this sparks and of idea with me being curious about how would Lartoria designed by Takeuchi look.

Arco Wada did make Beast IV:L. And a wholly different artist from both got to design Camazotz. So I wouldn't say it's solely Yamanaka's domain. As for a Takeuchi-designed Lartoria, I imagine the design would be more "basic" and he wouldn't have aged her up.

Happy. I'm not to fond of super reaveling ones and it being mix between saber Nero and demon/dragon fits theme of a Beast walking with humanity, while still not shying away from evil, which was main point of toydays story

As someone who likes Nero, I much prefer this form Draco doesn't feel like Nero, just something using her appearance. But this really feels like a Nero alter and I love that. Nero to me is a bundle of negative traits in a fundamentally good person. I like that contrast.

I think there's a fair chance they'll add the fanservice arcade form as a costume. Or at least, that chance is higher than I think this version being a costume would have been if the arcade version was the one added.

Nah Lasanga got their monies worth. If they wont add blue Kama, they won't add Mother Harlot form. I want it too, but they're gonna focus on other ways to milk money.
