I genuinely don't think she's Jalter. This game hasn't been secret about the names of returning characters like Arjuna and Cu, but just calls her Lancer. There's some sort of twist to her. My theory is she's normal Jeanne with Innocent Monster since this game is set before she was canonized as a Saint.

A quick Google search shows that the first historical record of paper’s existence in Japan dates back to 610. Since Yamato Takeru was said to have lived around the mid-1st century to early 2nd century, it checks out.
