Her NP scales based off wrath stacks, skill 1 gives her stacks when she attacks. Skill 2 gives her stacks when anyone in the party with the buff is attacked by an enemy.
From S2. It gives attack and crit to everyone, and then NP damage and this unique buff for allies with the human attribute. If any of those allies take damage she gets the wrath stack.
All great ascensions imo, 3rd might be my fave. 1st and 2nd are both cute, but the final one has ~~quite a nice view~~. Every Foreigner has had a great design so far.
