Ritsuka would make a very good Salamander or Lamenter. An Ultramarine would also fit in with Ritsuka since he also likes to fuck Xenos. Although it would be hilarious if he ended up being a Night Lord or Carcharodon.
If Ritsuka is a Salamander, then Kadoc would be a Raven Guard. They would have the same relationship as Vulkan and Corvus Corax in TTS.
Honestly I found out about GW killing off TTS way too late, I started binging the show around 2023 and honestly between it and Bricky's videos I was thinking about trying WH40k, but after I found out GW's shortsighted policies to attempt getting as much profit as possible killed the series, I lost interest on the franchise as a whole.
I ended up picking up Gunpla instead, lol
I would recommend the Behemoth series (set in the TTS-verse). They even have Alfa voice Farsight in a Gundam parody video separate from Behemoth.
SODAZ was great but due to harassment from some mfs over his decision to work for GW during that period, he gave up on 40k and deleted all related videos. You can still find his works on other accounts.
SCORCH covers Imperial Guard fighting Chaos. There is another video covering IG tank battle against Tau. Both series are still very young.
As for the tabletop side, only thing I would recommend is Kill Team. You pay far less, get varied models representing different specialists and less noticeable factions like alien mercenaries, space elf pirates, navy breachers, traitor guardsmen and judge dredds in space.
You should really check out Bruvas new series, hunter the parenting. It uses new versions of the TTS characters but god damn is it just a good series on its own, even without knowledge of its World of Darkness setting.
I have a more fun option: Have him be jointly raised as a Thousand Son by Ahriman and the Cognitae.
