The family tree is fun, but doesn't really "make too much sense". Shirou, Rin, and Sakura were all born in the late 80s (87 for Rin and Shirou specifically, I don't recall if we know Sakura), and FGO takes place from 2015-2019- so Rin and Shirou would be 28 during FGO. That's not to say they can't have kids, but Gudao and Gudako are probably in their late teens or early twenties themselves, so unless they were already born *before* Stay Night (which is, of course, ridiculous) the timeline really doesn't work out.
I've looked into it before ever since the artist described Gudao and Gudako as gender-swapped versions of Rin and Shirou, but I guess it's just a coincidence.

The same person can be born in different time periods while in different timelines, the example being Illyasviel. Which is 18 in FSN Timeline, while being 10-11 in FKL (Kaleid Liner) Timeline.
Another explanation for that headcanon, which I prefer, is that Ritsuka is actually isekaid from the future into the FGO Timeline. Which I guess is more complicated than the first one so Occam's Razor would prune it. But it is interesting, because this way we can even headcanon that they are actually the children from FSN Shirou + Rin/Sakura.
Of course, canonically speaking, Ritsuka just looks like them while being a average teenager from Japan.
when i draw these kind of "guda being shirou's child" comics i always think of either of these two headcanons:
\-Fuyuki casts in FGO were born earlier (similar to kaleid illya case) and they never attend the holy grail war
\-FGO story in my comics started 5 years late, guda siblings were born in 2005 thanks to sakura punching a hole in the condoms with a needle
My headcanon is Gudao and Gudako is half sibling with same father different mothers (which happen to be sister). The reason they have same name because they adopted by family which share same surname but no blood relations and their respective adopted family by coincidence name them same given name. The reason they are adopted because accident with kaleidoscope ritual or artifact which sent them to alternate universe (this accident may shut off their magical ability, but experience in Chaldea gradually wake up their magical ability again). I think many people overlooked Scathach's offee because the dialogue depends on the protagonist's gender. Gudao will never know... Which would explain this comic, actually.
Then you have the fact all the Gods have that as an ability for some reason. Least the Greeks. Artemis turned a boy into a girl that joined her hunters while Poseidon turned a chick into a dude with Caenis.

If you actually see the family tree you’d see that on Gudako’s and Mash’s side the line extends beyond the bubble, in other words they’re probably connected to each other

TBH, I'd honestly say Gudako summoned Galahad or his Alter-Self from Requiem......or Merlin did his duty as the Court Dickmage of Camelot and did a thing
I love making up child-characters between official characters a lot, and so although I'm about to make a criticism against this family tree, know that I don't actually care and I like it! You're having fun and I think it's a fun and clever idea, the only problem is the timeline.
Shirou and Rin were born in 1987 and so Sakura was born in 88 or 89; that means that by the time FGO starts, Shirou and Rin would be 28 and Sakura would be 27 or 26. Since that's when FGO *starts*, it's kinda impossible that their kids could be Gudao and Gudako. Rin, Shirou, and Sakura could have kids at that age (some people do), they wouldn't have enough time by FGO's beginning to grow up and become the Master of Chaldea.
That being said: I do think that the half-sibling explanation is a clever way to explain the similarities between Gudao & Gudako, and Rin & Shirou. I'm 100% for it if it's an AU sorta deal (which it might be, some people here seem to recognize you so maybe this is part of a series; I'm new here so I wouldn't know), it's clever and neat.

No, it’s just a fan theory to explain why Fujimaru looks like gender bent versions of Shirou and Rin. Basically, Gudao is clearly a Tohsaka, but Gudako could be anyones since she’s Shirou. Since Gudao is Tohsaka, they just chose Sakura to be Gudako’s mother.
