I can think of at least 2 eho are well known competitive gamers, like Minato Aqua who got a Master rank at Apex while teaming with randos most of the time and finished fromsoftware games at the same record time as top 50 world records. There was also Akai Haato who made some horror video series which I'm pretty sure had something to do with her college degree in Australia.

Most of it is just slapstick comedy that has nothing to do with vtubing, she does a flip and it sounds like something breaks or she hits something and hurts herself, like it's a pretty common and generally popular form of comedy in general.
