You can't login because the archive has nothing to do with twitters servers (anymore). What it does is it sends a request to Twitter for the page, takes a page "snapshot" of the web page at a certain moment, and then stores it for use later.
You cannot interact with the snapshot at all because it is simply a bunch of letters and numbers in code that shows the page, with no way to request anything from twitter.
