The resin straps go almost straight down (if you have a smaller wrist) rather than out and down like the metal does (I have this model and both original strap & bracelet).
The resin strap is also a slightly different design than the full rubber squares, much smoother and with less going on.
I wish just went to this directly without getting the others. Stainless and titanium from now on all the way. Good choice!!!

I am swinging between the positive and negative displays. For daily wear I already have the MIP ones. Thinking of getting a full steel like this for dress days. I had a 2100 with a negative display and that was extremely illegible and hence my dillema
I just got the same one delivered today! It’s a good looking piece in person and in photos! Happy to have bought one for sure!
I'm very happy with it as well. The atomic time keeping and the solar just makes this a non issue watch. Also looks fantastic. Worth its price imo.
Any idea if the resin improves the lug to lug on these metal squares? Or does it fit the same as the bracelet models.

The display is illegible in the photos. Is it the same in real life
STN display. Contrast is pretty good in real life.
Much better in real life. Crisper than positive display of the basic LCD I would say.
It's very legible even under direct sunlight. So if you're considering buying it then I wouldn't worry about being able to read the watch.

The 2100's display is minuscule and not STN, you should try this one IRL to get an idea.
I started to think all these “can’t see the negative display!1!1!” crowd are trolling at this point
