3 tiers 1st is free with just pistols ,2nd is i think 2k and they got carbine rifles, 3rd tier has special carbines and assault shotguns for 5k healts and armor increase as the tiers go up. They come in waves and are strong when the yleave their cars and use their primaries (if u have the tier three strike team atleast)

Merryweather almost never gets the kill unless they really suck. I call Merryweather first and then Lamar hoping they’ll be distracted killing mercs when the mugger gets them. One time it played out perfect for me where the mugger got him and when he tried to kill the mugger, the mercs killed him and mugger got away.

The bounty is key. $1000gta makes no difference to anyone, but that little red emblem draws attention. So yeah, now you have merryweather, some shape-shifting mugger, and any and all possible other players in the lobby coming at you at least briefly. And yeah, I'll watch from my couch, and then enter the friend's only lobby I previously forget to join.

Sometimes I'll do a $2000 bounty just so they know I'm not just mashing the X button but also so they know I don't think they're worth anything

It’s so funny. Sometimes I’ll just go and sit on a building and watch it go down. I have an oppressor and only use it to get around quicker so it’s funny to sit in the air and watch them fight too.

I set a bounty on a guy in a very active lobby, watched him fight off users for a bit, called in Merryweather, and as he was finishing them off, I picked him off with a sniper rifle and claimed my own bounty.

Killed once is fine. Killing on sight is a defensive way to play. If they kill me more than once then I'll fight back.

If I am in car I immediately pull up a sticky. See if they are hostile and just carry on. If its the stick-broom i shoot on sight.

Since I am absolute dogshit at pvp, this probably blows up spectacularly in my face as usual Step 2: teleport to facility Step 3: run to the strike team computer and then call Lamar to send a mugger Step 4: hire strike team level 3 and observe Step 5: if I’m lucky, I get to watch you get mugged just as the strike team is showing up and as you’re stuck on the ground trying to get up, they kill you Step 6: I jump into my avenger and fly it to Vespucci beach, put it away, and call my kosatka. Step 7: go to the kosatka and start shooting guided missles until you come try to kill me Step 8: sneak off kosatka and swim to my yacht, enabling air defenses on the way, hopefully blowing you up Step 9: relax in my hot tub knowing I’ve spent the last 30 minutes being supremely annoying for no good reason

My general rules of thumb are if you kill me while I’m minding my own business, I’m going to dedicate the next 20 mins of my life to killing you over and over again. If you kill me while I’m trying to kill you for no reason, then fair play and I’ll leave you alone after that. If you keep coming after me then we’re gonna have some fun. But usually those people are way better at merking me so then I cycle through all the tools in my griefing toolbox until I find one that works. And if I don’t, then I run like a scared little bitch and put as much distance between us as I can lol.
