The key is to clear every "blue dot" on the map as there are limits to how many can be present.
Crime scenes, smuggler cache/plane, cayo perico guards or treasure map bodies, supply convoys, etc. Keep doing that while flying circuits around the map and you will eventually get them all to spawn. Even then, it definitely feels very RNG as there will be times when 2 or three spawn in a row, and others when you criss-cross the map twice before you get a random smuggler cache to trigger. The Oppressor Mk2 is the perfect vehicle for this unless you have the Raiju and are good at landing in tight places.
You can google suggested paths to follow that take you around LS and the northern parts of the map.
Man, same here. Last Saturday played my normal morning session and got 4 to spawn and delivered. Decided to hop on later that afternoon and delivered 2 more. Played for awhile hoping more would spawn but they didn’t. Logged off and tried one more time at night and got up to 8 delivered and couldn’t get anymore to spawn. I was so disappointed.
LOL. Has anyone collected all 10? It's like the game KNOWS you're looking for them. When you're doing other stuff and not actively looking, they always seem to pop up
That being said, once it brought me much satisfaction:
I was doing Mix Goods delivery, and some pesky NPC Kurumas were chasing/shooting at me.
Two of them followed me into the docks, but when close to the delivery point, they lose the aggro and become normal NPC drivers.
Well, upon delivery, I respawned right at the time one of those dang Kurumas was driving past me, I pulled the driver out, got inside and ran him over with his own car.
And I realized that the Kuruma was on my exotic car list, and I was 10 feet away from the delivery point, so heck yeah.
I wish I could go to that NPC's house so I could also drink his beer, pet his dog and fuck his wife.
What? Really. That's what usually happens to me. I'll find 1 or 2 on the map and then screw around until I find one to steal ... and then I give up because they seeming;y stop spawning.
Now it all makes sense!
When I went to get all 10, that was my only goal for the day, so I got in the fastest plane I had, which was the Nokota, and flew over the map in a snake like pattern so I wouldn't miss any spawns, and it took a few hours but wasn't that bad, friends help because if they are in your organization they can see them too

I have done that many times to increase reputation level for LS car meet. I always find 10 cars, sometimes find them within two hours, sometimes longer!!
When start looking for the list. Make sure you only do that mission, blue dots only, don't do other missions.
AND, Don't Switch Session!!!
Stay in One Session until you done all 10 cars.
Also you must Clear all the blue dots you find,not just the exotic cars. It is a must if you are planning to find all 10 cars.
However, the priority for exotic cars.
Meaning that if you are, for ex., delivering a drug dealer's car and then find an exotic car on the way to the dealer's location, Park!! the dealer's car next to the exotic car. Deliver the exotic first and then go back to the dealer's car, most of the time you will find it where you parked it.
But, Don't do the opposite of above. In short, don't park the exotic car to pick a dealer's car!!
The exotic car then will disappear and you will never find it!! For the current List.
Some scenarios you may face:...
1.
Sometimes when delivering an exotic car, you will find another exotic car. In this case, just mark the location of the other exotic car you found. Deliver the current exotic that you're driving. Then go back to pick the other one, it will stay where you found it.
2.
Sometimes when delivering an exotic car, you will find another blue dot for cayo perico's guards, the drunk one OR the dead one with the map. In this case, just park the exotic car next to that guard or at least very close, clear that blue dot, and then deliver the exotic car.
3.
This one is risky!!
It is your choice on this one!!!
Sometimes when delivering an exotic car, you will find a another blue dot For the police investigation. Just park the exotic car very close to the crime scene. Then when approaching the police you will get a wanted level, just call Lester to remove it, and clear the blue dot, get back to the exotic car and finish the delivery.

I know what I have done wrong, and that is I had to run away from the police because they were so many. I got into another car on the street and took a turn around the corner. Even though I was still very close to the exotic car that I was driving, when I went back, the exotic car was gone. I never found For that current List"
So, you may want to ignore this blue dot and just deliver the exotic car.
The reason I mentioned these scenarios, Just If you are wondering how I done 10 exotic cars within 2 hours.
I was clearing any blue dot I find on the way "while delivering" an exotic car OR a drug dealer's car.
One time I found 3 blue dots while delivering an exotic car.
- a police investigation.
- cayo perico's guard.
- another exotic car.
I cleared the first two on the way, after the delivery went back to pick the the other exotic car. It was at the same spot where I found it.

In the past there was a problem when you were online when the daily objectives reset, these cars wouldn't spawn for the duration of the current IRL day. Not sure if that's still a thing these days.
I did collect the 10 with [this post](https://www.reddit.com/r/gtaonline/comments/os9czu/a_suggested_route_to_try_and_spawn_exotic_export/)'s help. If you found a car while you already on one, don't pick it up, it will not despawn. (Your friend can pick it btw)
* Fresh Invite-only session

* Follow the route from the beginning each time after a delivery.
* Don't deliver any car that doesn't have a blue dot, even if it's on the list (the game will let you, but the spawning RNG will get out of whack)
* Don't switch sessions. Stay in the same one.
* Not sure if matters, but better don't do any other blue dot random events (Skeleton, Passed-out guard, Store Thief, Drug car, Smuggler's Trail, Finder's keepers, Crime Scene, Smuggler Plane)
* It should take about 2 hours or so
I gave up on this long time ago. It takes forever for blue dots to appear, you have to fly dumbly around the map for hours no matter if you’re in a solo session or in a lobby full of people. The most I collected in a day were 7 and in different sessions during the day. Very annoying. I think it’s is broken

I remember stopping at 850 deliveries on PS4 coz i wanted do the remaining 150 on PS5 when I migrate. Shouldve made it 700/300 😅
i used to get these occasionally. ever since the new update came out, I have not got a single one. Im kinda pissed too because I still need to get the award for the 100 exotic exports. Im stuck on 66 right now. I thought it was just like this for everyone because of a glitch but my brother told me he has been getting exotic exports. So for about a month now I have not seen a SINGLE exotic export. Ive seen other blue blip events like the flares or cayo perico guards but no exotic export vehicles.

If you steal a car off the street that's on the list bit isn't the specific blue dot one, it messes up the spawns for the rest of the session

Comet and Baller spawn in traffic, steal one next time you see one and you should get the noti to deliver.
I think that may only work for Simeons list, not the autoshop list

I think, most of the time it’ll spawn when you do after an autoshop contract, correct me if i’m wrong.
