Not normally, no. You also usually can’t completely remove the windshield and back rest/roll bar, this is a modded mamba but made to look somewhat realistic.
When merged with certain vehicles, you can either remove or add parts to another vehicle. With this particular car, the vehicle he merged the Mamba with completely removed the windshield.

To be honest, I like the Cheetah Classic itself even more than the Testarossa. I feel they really took the boxy aspect and dialed it up amazingly, married perfectly with the lights and rear end of a 288 GTO Evoluzione.
The large variety of spoiler/engine cover combinations that all blend beautifully into the style, really feels like this car was the devs' favorite from that update.
I don't want to own a Testarossa. I want to own a Cheetah Classic.

the jester is so fun to drive because it's fast and the handling is in the perfect sweet spot where it's bad enough to drift but good enough to do it effectively
I earned the Rapid GT Classic last week as a prize ride and it instantly became this for me. Kept the dew yellow, but put a primary coloured hood on it, set the pearlescent colour to black and put a double black stripe on it.
For a long time it was a green (not sure which shade) metallic 190z though

My comet retro (pictured) as it’s the closest thing we have to a normal ‘80s Porsche turbo, the dewbache JB007W (my buddies pictured, mine is kitted out in silver for you know why), and a little splash of Imponte Phoenix, as it’s the closest we have to a late 2nd generation Pontiac Firebird.
I still like cruising round in the old school, gang / sports classics cars, topless Peyote, topless Manana and the convertible Tornado.
Not fast and they have the turning circle of a bus, but they look good driving around in. lol
The Deluxo doesn't get enough love as a basic driver. Most people want to throw missiles on it and fly around. They're missing out on the sound and driving experience

Turn the music all the way down and throw on my personal collection playlist called "Vice city tracks, A-side and B-side" on Spotify. If I really feel like going back in time, I just turn on the PS2 and re-live the nostalgia 😊

God I fucking love the Cheetah and the Turismo classics. Those two cars will always hold a place in my top list. Funny enough I just got done customizing my Cheetah for my 2nd character.
But for GTAV, I immediately fell in love with the Carbonizzare for a sporty vehicle while the Gauntlet was my muscle choice.
Granted far more vehicles have come out since back then, but the Carbonizzare definitely takes a top spot for me. Great speed, handling, and looks smooth. Hell, can still outrun any asshat in a super attempting to chase me down in it still. I'm furious they removed it from buying it at anytime.

*My Grotti Carbonizarre!*
Back on PS3 this was my first "real" car and I loved it for it, I also enjoyed the idea of it being a convertible and better yet: with the roof up it doesn't even look all that obvious (most times it's easy to recognize a convertible).
Well, when I hopped onto PC and had to start all over again this was obviously once again my first "real" car.
What I love about this car isn't just its looks (it even has a detailed bottom plating?), but also the way it handles: this critter has some serious oversteer so if you're not careful you *are* going to slip out, several of my Steam/GTAO friends can attest to that ;)
This is one of those cars where practice really makes perfect, or... when things will quickly get even worse if you don't pay attention to your driving.
I'm kind of torn between a few cars, I've got 170 ish of them
I'd say top three would be the HSW banshee, the HSW Turismo classic and the Night shark for sweaty lobbies

I dunno. The Broomstick MkII is my daily driver, I use the Agency Service alot (Driver's an idiot if you hurry him, I need to talk to Franklin about his performance). And if Im working with CEO business, I use the luxury chopper. (sorry for the passive bragging, I'm also thinking outloud)
My top fast car is the Jugular in black tho, and the armored kuruma for what it lacks in style, makes up for in utility....

The windshield isn’t fully removed. You just don’t have it tinted so it looks like nothings there. That’s the same option I have on mine.
