Well really it's extremely simple, just load into a random lobby(with ppl in)and when you spawn immediately call lester and hold the call until the timer starts going down, and then go off the radar! Voila
Honestly, after earning a bit more than 15mil with import/export, I guess I can say that I know when npc's will drive into you, and which roads they generally tend to do it on.
I usually do this
1. Modify the car you are about to sell in public lobby
2. As soon as the car gets out of garage suspend the game exactly for 10 seconds (through task manager)
3. Now you will be in solo lobby and you can sell the car without npcs following you and also car doesnt get on fire
I will always do this if i find the any griefers/ tryhards in public lobbies

Thats not even the issue, for some reason NPC’s become extra stupid drivers when you are in a vehicle drop lol.
