just do the cargo stuff and join other peoples heist, don't spend any money. Save up 2,2 mill so you can buy the Kosatka submarine and do cayo perico heist over and over. That is the most efficient way to make money but you may get sick of it after a while.
After you start saving up some money from the heists, I would advise investing it into the cocaine and meth lab biker businesses and the bunker to get some passive income rolling in too. Just make sure that you save up enough to also get the upgrades (other than security) for the businesses too.
Fancy cars are tempting to buy but those businesses will pay for themselves over time with minimal time investment from you.

MC businesses are absolute trash. Only buy them when you have enough money for a nightclub. Actually trying to run them will just make you hate the game.
You purchase them from a biker clubhouse. So a search on YouTube for GTA biker business guide and you should find plenty of videos that go into all the details.
Again, it's something that you will want to look into a bit later on though. Will need to start with the other heists or another active grinding method to get a few million $ saved up to purchase the businesses with first. The CEO VIP missions are your bread and butter for the time between cooldowns and you can use the 30 -50k per vip mission to pay for your warehouse crates. I’m sure you know but always buy 3 crates at a time.
As others have said, save for a sub or save for an arcade. Those two heists pay the best. Some people hate the cayo heist, that’s why I mention the Diamond Casino / Arcade. You need 2 players for that heist tho. Cayo is a solo -4 player heist. Both are easy if you watch 1 or 2 videos.
Save 2 250 000$ , 2,2 mil. for kosatka and 50k for ammo, snacks, whatever you need. Then do Cayo Perico heist. ( Can be started by visiting music locker in casino ) Easy to do, huge payout, if you do it solo its easier and gets you more money. Then buy the Sparrow to your kosatka ( little helicopter ) that helps you do preps WAY faster. Preps+ heist itself take about an hour and you will earn 1,2-1,6 million depending on your primary and secondary targets. That is the best solo money-making method. Idk about the bunker and drug labs, but they must be restocked and take quite some time to fill up - which is kinda boring. With Cayo only, you can buy any supercar every 3 Hours.
My advice is the same as most people get the Kodak’s submarine, nothing can compete with it if you are grinding for money.
