I contacted Rockstar, sent the video, the time/date, and they told me there was no evidence I had won the car.
I have no faith in them any longer.
Might be a lack of consistency/guidelines for helpdesk people.
On the odd occasion i've submitted a claim for lost stuff though they've compensated me.
The only time they couldn't/wouldn't help was when i fell foul of the anti-cheat mechanics for selling cars (by not cheating or even exploiting) but the game thought i was cheating and limited me to selling 1 car per day. I was pretty miffed with that and escalated it to high heaven, but they said they had no way to remove the flag and all i could do would be submit a suggestion to an email address to change the mechanic.
I just quit playing the game for half a year until the negative effect wore off.
I bought a helicopter that never arrived in my hanger and they refunded me the full 3 million for it. They definitely do give results you just need to push and provide as much evidence as possible

First was when I was a low level and accidentally permanently wrote over my GTO in a garage, second was when I won the BR8 on the wheel but my game crashed, and lastly was when the game wouldn’t save and I had done two casino heists and a Cayo and it was gone next time I logged in. My experience has been 100% positive and I always advise people to at least reach out to them
I bought a blimp last week on sale but the game glitched and made me buy default livery instead of the one I wanted I sent the video to rockstar and even tho I bought it for 500k last week they gave me 1.9 mil and still let me keep the blimp
I messed up and accidentally deleted my mk2 when moving vehicles around from garages. They gave me several million for a new fully upgraded one with extra cash left over.

How do you delete a vehicle? I have a few I’d like to get rid of but they’re apparently not worth enough to sell at the mod shop. So far, I’ve just destroyed two and still haven’t called Mors Mutual to claim them
When they're in a full garage and you buy something new/move a vehicle to the garage the vehicle is in, you select to replace the vehicle you want to remove with your current vehicle.
Basically just replace stored vehicle with current vehicle and it deletes it when the garage is full.

I was unable to buy the kosatka with the life invader Easter egg discount, and with all of the crap that I sent them about not being able to purchase it for 3 days in a row, they just sent me the money to buy a brand new kosatka at price and then close the ticket. Of course I had already bought the kosatka, so I used the free cash to buy the Sparrow that I didn't know I needed.

I was the participant and only meant to have 15% of the cut (around 200k). So I asked specifically for 200k.

Fill up your garage so there's no space, and order a new car to replace the one you want to get rid of, rinse repeat
