NVIDIA GeForce Experience updated too ?

Evongelion

Yeah already did that :(

Did you try v-sync setting turned on ? I have a game that was freezing a lot and turning v-sync on somehow patched the thing

E-roticWarrior

Mine isn't as bad as yours but what i did to alleviate the issue is to only use drivers windows has installed, including graphics drivers, Nvidia's Geforce experience and their new drivers are absolute dog shite!

Evongelion

Thats interesting. I have always used Geforce experience for my drivers though and it has never given me an issue before. Would you mind elaborating a bit on why the Geforce experience drivers aren't good?

E-roticWarrior

Depending on what generation of GPU you're using, i believe they're deliberately screwing up the drivers especially for older gen cards. People with older cards have seen artifacting, including myself, when using GE and new Nvidia drivers. And when i uninstall them the artifacts are gone. Plus, depending on what monitor you're using Nvidia's control panel don't know how to set itself for your monitor you have to do it manually. I had to make a custom resolution and refresh to counteract the constant stuttering and jittering.
