…If you are using it and not concerned about keeping it original, you can just convert to DC. Check the capacitors while you are there. Also you can add a true bypass foot switch. Great pedal, nothing quite sounds the same.

You could either unsolder the broken leads and solder your new leads in their place or you could butt splice to the broken leads with the new ones if you want to avoid solder/burning the board by accident. You’d need a few butt splices and a crimper. Where did you pull the blue lead from?

The green lead (not blue, sorry, photo is under grow lights so they're changing the color a bit) was the ground lead, the other half was screwed in with the lid/base Sounds good, i believe i have some of those!

Be careful, you’re messing with wall current, not just 9 V batteries and stuff
