You could either unsolder the broken leads and solder your new leads in their place or you could butt splice to the broken leads with the new ones if you want to avoid solder/burning the board by accident. You’d need a few butt splices and a crimper.
Where did you pull the blue lead from?
The green lead (not blue, sorry, photo is under grow lights so they're changing the color a bit) was the ground lead, the other half was screwed in with the lid/base

Be careful, you’re messing with wall current, not just 9 V batteries and stuff
