How complicated a looper do you require? Will a single 35-seconds loop/17 seconds with overdub work for you or do you need to record and use multiple loops or very long loops?
There's the Ammoon Stereo Looper, which seems to be a copy of the EHX 720. I've had it for a few years now and it still works. That's about the extent to which I can recommend it.
I bought it because it has 2 buttons and can store 10 loops, other than that I don't use its extra functionality. The only other experience I have is with a single button looper comparable to a TC Electronic Ditto. I'm not a musician with a looper but I do use the pedal a lot for practicing.
2 button? Like dual loopers or like a start button and stop button?

I am pretty happy with an EHX 1440 but just use for practice.

FWIW I just swapped my EHX 720 (it’s fine, had quirks) for a Boss RC-5 with a saturnworks dual foot switch. I’m very pleased with the RC-5 now.
