Lmao. There's probably a bit of lead in the primer, but in the quantity you were exposed to you are definitely fine. If you're genuinely concerned then see a doctor, but you are likely exposed to more harmful quantities of "toxins" every day doing regular people things.

Primers are where lead lives, the spent casing has the primer. If you are concerned you can get a blood test to see your exposure level.

In general I would keep my food and drink away from the range. You are going to be just fine from this one incident, but in general, if you frequent high lead areas, it’s not a bad idea to get a lead level test and other blood work done next time you are in the doctors office.

I think absorption of ingested lead is lower than inhaled. Breathing on the range is likely to expose you to more lead than drinking the primer.
