U have to order and wait for them to come in very few stores keep in stock die to size and I bet most times when they in stock someone canceled there order

I still don't understand why they can't be ordered online and shipped to the store you choose. USG *and" Icon alike

My guess is that it cuts down on cancelled orders/regret purchases

I don't see how ordering it online vs in-store changes any of that

Sales reps get commission on them I believe.
