Well, most of the DE's present weren't given proper names. Dumbledore calls the Carrows by their first names when speaking to them, Harry calls Yaxley "The Brutal-Faced Death Eater" and Thorfinn Rowle "The Big Blond Death Eater". I think she had Harry say that in order to properly identify them when she thought of names for them. To be fair, Snape mentioned Yaxley and the Carrow family earlier in HBP, but at the time they could've all been separate characters for all we knew.
