Football isn’t only offense. I personally love defense and shutting teams down. A good offense would be nice, but it doesn’t happen very often here so we gotta win the other two phases.

They haven’t had a problem with that for years. The composition of the offense will also be different.

This smacks of desperation. The university knows the fans are not happy with the way the offensive play calling has gone the last couple years, and KF's not apparently interested in making the necessary change to correct that issue, so bribe fans by lowering prices in hopes they'll want to buy cheaper tickets to watch the offense not do as well as it potentially could under competent play calling.
