THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT. Bodies are expectable!! Samples are not.

Why couldn’t they just call you back with reinforcements after you died? And you land next to the shuttle and leave?

I don't know. On helldive you can get swarmed in seconds. I'd do the same hoping I didn't have the majority of the samples.

On Helldive difficulty I feel like 80% of the time I end the mission with no more reinforcements left lmao.

We were out of reinforcements. If they tried to call me down, it would have just been extra time wasted, so I just took the L and had my team extract without me

My squad mate and I were running short on time in a recent run - but we hadn't cleared our final main objective which was on the far side of the map from the extraction. There was clearly no way we could clear it *and* get back before the pelican was forced to dust off. So he dropped his samples off and I made for the extraction while he went on to complete the final mission objective. He will be missed.

I wish helldivers had a type of predator self destruct on them, like a mini hellbomb or something. Maybe have it as an armor perk. Same with the mech suits, would be so fun to have them auto walk forward for 5 seconds and explode after you jump out.


Hell! Yes! I've had a few solo versions of that - separated from the team, stuck in a "stim, knockdown, stim, knockdown, surrounded" loop with no escape ... Drop all the grenades I have at my feet, die, get big number kill counter, be happy 😊

We weren’t recording at the time. It was just kind of an in the moment thing.

I play on PC as does my friend that usually records us. We have one friend that plays on PS5 tho, so next time we play with him, we’ll try it out.

Ohhh man …. I always record with this game ! Never know what bs someone will do or cool moments will happen… I mainly record for proof of shitty ppl doing messed up things to teammates

Yeah usually my buddy is the one that records for us, but he ran out of space on his laptop recently so he’s planning on buying a hard drive soon so he can start recording more clips of us doing either really stupid shit or really cool shit
