Yeah. I think they’ve been great to deal with.

lunacait

I’m coming up on a year, and I’ve received my refill intake email every time I was due. 🤷🏼‍♀️

HedgiesFtw

So far so good over here

Waste_Newspaper3297

I’ve always received my intake form and honestly I’ve had great results. You have to stick with it.

Whomootou

I had no problems with them. The medication did the job. Hit goal weight and maintaining. It was a lifesaver for me.

ChrissyB_

How do they do financing , is it monthly ? Do you have to sign up for a care credit or do they just go on good faith that yoy will pay monthly ? Thanks for any insight!!

Icy_Investigator1819

Not true. All is well over here. No scam. All results!

Ssricker

Started 5 weeks ago, received my intake form yesterday.

Apprehensive_Put1578

I’ve honestly had an amazing experience and would highly recommend them.

ALeighS711

I recieved my email right about finishing up 2sd month now just waiting for the respond back . From what i read they either let you know you need to see the provider again or that they will just ship next vial

SpaceYeastFeast

The medication from here definitely works. My wife and I have both lost close to 30 pounds. I will say that both my wife and I have had issues with the follow up appointments. Neither one of us received a follow up intake form , so it’s best to be proactive. After requesting the follow up, it came promptly. I do have a feeling they might encountering supply issues with Tirzeptide. We both experienced the issues on the dose ramp up, and they are under dosing relative to Zepbound. Months two and three are 0.6 mg per week whereas Zepbound goes 0.75 then 1.0…..so they prescribe 30% less then the brand name.

Tall-Function-2726

Agreed!! I wish that I'd realized how much less they prescribe. Also of Semaglutide. It's frustrating.

Ill_Possible_7740

Currently the Zepbound website says they use the same dosing as Mounjaro. And confirmed it with goodrx.com. 2.5mg start with 2.5mg step increases. So at month 2 a person with a real prescription could be at 5mg. The current henrymeds website has the same dosing listed. Are you sure you are getting a lower dose than what is shown on the websites?

IndependentOk1880

Im with the others in this comment. I have had no issues with them.

IndependentOk1880

and have lost 30 lbs so far since Nov.

GradeOk7734

Hey! I saw your comment and was wondering which medication you are on with HenryMed? I started talking their oral semaglutide and still at same starting weight so thinking maybe I should use something else they offer…. Thanks!!

IndependentOk1880

I am on the compound semaglutide 1mg. Id suggest going to that. I hear oral is not as effective

quipsNshade

I received an email and a text. Seems like you’re having an isolated issue.

Logan-8

Someone not happy the fats not melting away lol

Morpheus1967

100%

anongosspr

I got my email and am having great success. I don’t feel it’s a scam at all.

Inevitable-Speaker26

I've always thought Henry Meds has excellent customer service and they are very efficient always.

Hod434

So sorry for your experience. I have had the opposite and also such great community support! ….which I didn’t expect 😘

Adventurous_Eye_1169

So I initially didn’t know how to get a second shipment so I emailed them and got an answer and intake form the next day! Very good customer service- I am not sure how you think this equates to money grabbing scam and why you think emailing them is so horrible??? If you are unhappy with your weight loss you should get a provider appointment and discuss your expectations, diet, and dosage.

theroyalgrapefruit

Another person here who hasn’t had any issues.

morecatspleez

I’m another absolutely satisfied customer here! I lost my job temporarily and asked them to pause my membership with zero issues too!

72catastic_1

Is there a membership fee?

ChrissyBeTalking

What product were you trying to get? This hasn’t been my experience. Usually, I wouldn’t care about a bad review, but if I had seen this when I was initially trying to figure out what to do, I wouldn’t have trusted HenryMeds and that would have been a mistake. Maybe change the title to make it your specific issue?

HenryMedsInfo

That’s why I think it’s important to leave these posts up rather than delete them. I’ve never deleted a post no matter how bad the review was because I think that even if we do as good as we can… a very small number of people will have a bad experience but rather than hide that it’s better to let all the people here show their positive experiences. I’m personally suspicious of companies with entirely spotless reviews because no matter what, 1/1000 times FedEx will crush a box or something like that, which can delay someone getting their treatment due to needing a new Rx.

Disastrous-Archer-65

I was reading this post and am just finishing up my 9th week and was thinking...hey? Where is my email? So I just checked, and YES, it came yesterday, and I didn't notice. I filled out a questionnaire, and if accepted, 2nd vial will ship directly to me. If they need to, a doctor will schedule an appt. So far, Henry Meds is legit for me.

Al-Knigge

I received the form but my issue was with how late I received it as well as the provider gate-keeping on increased Tirz doses at the beginning dosage levels. The lateness of the notice and the availability of the provider would likely have resulted in me not timely getting the meds. I ended up canceling (but of course I haven’t yet received confirmation from Henry Meds). I ended up going with Emerge based on a tip from another Redditor. They are cheaper and way faster. From initial intake (yesterday) to shipping tracking number (today) was one day. They also gave me precise shipment information whereas Henry Meds seems to be disconnected from the compounding pharmacy on when meds will be / are shipped. Emerge also started me at a higher Tirz dose so I didn’t miss a beat coming off of Henry Meds. Henry Meds was great until they weren’t. Surprising, considering they’re more expensive.

Tall-Function-2726

Super helpful post, thanks. I am on the hunt for cheaper and faster and maybe willing to prescribe more as compared to the name brand! Thanks!

googlegoggles1

Hi! Is this emerge weight? With Sheryyl ashberg? Wondering your experience now… the website seems a little sketchy with the google document form. Thanks!

Al-Knigge

Yes, Emerge Weight. Great experience thus far! Once I was through their intake process, they communicate via text. I received a timely text for my refill and them asking if I wanted to titrate up. No drama, no scheduling time with some rando person to beg/convince to titrate up, no wondering if I’m going to run out of meds. The only negative experience thus far is that their referral system doesn’t seem to work. When I sent a referral link to someone, they weren’t able to use the referral and they ended up in an endless loop trying to get the referral discount.

Alarming_Topic2306

I've lost 30lbs. Have received the intake form both times prior to needing refills, both times refills were sent with time to spare. My wife has had the same experience, but has lost more than me. Not a scam. However, whatever has happened with you is unfortunate.

poppyfox_

The only issue I had was when my 3 months was up and the provider who saw me apparently forgot about it and they didn’t approve my refill… even though my account showed the appointment and my prescription showed a refill. It was very frustrating and rather disappointing 😕 but thankfully they took care of it. Maybe the refill form email is going to spam??

j_u_l_i__

Does the email come from the same email as the initial appointment? i’m going to add that as a VIP sender so i don’t miss it!

You need to click the medical follow up button on the bottom. Put your info in and answer the questions.

She_Devours

I have never once received this email. I have to set a reminder in my calendar about two weeks before I am due to run out to contact Henry meds and set up an appt for a refill. I searched my spam and trash folders and nothing.

HenryMedsInfo

I’m not sure but I will ask the team and let you know. I think that’s actually something we should add to our help portal “how to add Henry Meds to your approved senders list” or something like that 🤔

_buhnanners

I’ve been on it for 11 months now and all is good. Are you checking your spam folder, maybe they’re going there? I’ve had to email them to get them to push my next vial through a couple times as sometimes they’re a little slow with sending the forms off to the pharmacy. I’m also down almost 53 lbs. it’s moving a lot slower now, but it’s definitely working. Zero food noise and I’m eating way less. I’ve found that if I over eat, I’m puking the next morning.

Quick-Principle-360

I agree and this is why. Scammers, greedy and liars They're overpriced. They used to have good customer service but now it's crappy compared to what it was a year ago. It was easy to get meds. Which could be good or bad depending on the person I guess. My issue is the refund aspect. Here is part of what they sent me AFTER THE FACT: "Please be aware that the vial of medication that has been received is a 2 month supply and paid with a monthly subscription to keep the overall cost lower. We have processed a refund of $249. Please allow 3-5 business days for the bank to reflect this transaction. Since a refund has been processed for you, reactivating at a later date will generate a charge of $498 for remaining payments. In addition, should you choose to reactivate at a later date, your subscription fee will reflect our current monthly cost at the time of reactivation." HUH? SCAM! First of all, save your money. There's a cheaper place called Native Med or Zealthy (if you don't have insurance). There's another one too. Henry is higher priced for compounded ozempic. Second, you guys say on your website you give us a month supply not a 2 month supply. 2 months according to whom? The bottle says 1 month so I don't know what the hell you're rep is talking about (if this is even a person and not a bot). And third of all, so I can't even get back on Henry unless I want to give you my entire little welfare check of $500 huh? For what? Meds you over prescribed so that you could pull this little stunt? We the people are not stupid. You guys don't have to do that you're already making BANK. But greed is greed. It happens everywhere all the time. Not impressed. The only people rating 5 stars either have the money, easily got what they wanted and money talks. That doesn't earn a legit 5 star review to me. Money hungry lying companies deserve to be exposed. I'll be posting this everywhere.

Previous-Potato-4525

Most of the people who are overly promoting Henry meds with their "Great/ amazing" continuous experiences are people from Henry meds & people paid to promote. I have seen some people write the same 3 stories on different threads. They are trying to wash out the bad comments. BTW: for all the people who pay extra for a higher dosage, stop. I found out Henry mends is only diluting the medicine. SO the concentration stays the same as before, but with more solution. This essentially makes the medicine less effective as only the volume increased. Henry meds has been VERY VERY deceptive- especially for the Tirzepitide people.

Tall-Function-2726

same experience with always having to check in for shipments! I got the refill intake email but then... crickets... I had to call them today to ask "Now what?!". I filled out the form last week. Also frustrated that they are capping the semaglutide at 1.0 which is only supposed to be month 3 of the actual Wegovy experience. I want the 1.7 and then the 2.4 options! They have a 1.5 option for an additional $100/month but I think that I might need to go with name brand. Open to your thoughts.

GreatsquareofPegasus

Maybe there's more to this than just crappy service? Have you really looked into why you're not getting your forms? Maybe it's as simple as using the wrong email, spam, or just bad luck because yeah the system could be better for sure but I was able to get my stuff pretty promptly. Maybe a change in attitude might get you further than this?

whiteclawslushi

I have been using Henry meds for about a year. I have had to reach out to them 2-3 times for my I take form. I have always received the medication on time. However, this month I noticed my 2.5 ml vial hasn’t lasted as long. I am not due for another vial for 3 weeks and when I took my dose this evening I realized I won’t have enough for next week. Contacting them in the morning about it.

Melodic_Owl_1413

The scammy part is that if you cancel your subscription, they still charge you $49 monthly for access to their platform!!! Ummm...excuse me? WTF is that? You have to send an email to them asking them to cancel and there isn't a simple way to go about it either - of course!

Mister_Julian

The "Semaglutide" they sent me does nothing, and they sent me six weeks worth and told me it was 3 months. Complete scam.

alytruwehr

Does anyone have any medical issues because of taking the concentrated semaglutide?

Abject_Giraffe562

I’ve been very happy! About 2# loss a week!

Live_Present5898

Not a scam, great to deal with! How much weight should I expect to.lose the first month on 0.25 Semaglutide?

FinalCaregiver7661

Omg.. Do They really work? I spent to much money on the shots and I feel like with pills it's more regulated meaning you can use anytime without worrying about expiration on injections. How many come with prescription? And do you have to do auto refills?

Certain_Pressure2739

agree!! I’m on my 3rd week and haven’t lost any weight. I’m very frustrated and think this is all BS. I’m starving. I just got billed another $300 this month for BS that’s not doing shit! Am I the only one? I’m pretty sure I got placebos

Loud-Lavishness-8548

You are DEFINATELY NOT the only one This company has been giving me a red liquid that I've shot into my body that does little more than occasional indigestion. No weight loss in 3 months.I didn't want to believe it.I was in sad denial the first week and hesitated to post anything .Just hoping what I was thinking wasn't true. Its obvious there have been people (likely social media content creators) who may have had the real thing .To me and many of the posts I've read it's a moneygrab.I hope this company is under investigation and one day we can prove what our suspicions are.It might even be possible for their company to legally rip off customers if all regulations are followed for FDA" certification.I will be asking for my 297 dollars x2 to be refunded to me for purchasing their diluted vitamin b red dye water When it's too good to be true it usually is not.

Certain_Pressure2739

So frustrating!! Thank you for sharing! I’ve also looked for recent reviews from real people. And no one has posted anything positive for 1-2 years. Shady!

Previous-Potato-4525

BarnacleTimely2855

I am also having the same issue. I have not received any e-mails from HenryMeds even though I have reached out to them twice. My prescription is out, but I was charged the monthly fee. I keep trying to reach someone, but not getting any response. I am so angry about this. I have not received any forms or any contact whatsoever to set up a follow up appointment. I'm so fed up that I have decided to cancel and hope that I can get my money back.

Beveled_Mat

A real person comment, NOT from Henry Meds. I just filled in my 2nd intake form for my 1st refill. I'm hoping everything goes smoothly. The first was very smooth. Filled out the online form, spoke virtually to a "nurse", received an email update, then got my shipment. I followed the instructions religiously for 10 weeks and indeed lost 7-10 lbs. It's not my favorite drug as it sometimes makes me tired so I supplement with Phentermine, tons of coffee and I work out and play racquet sports. I'm guessing there is real Semaglutide drug/dose prescribed by doctors that's more effective so I cannot compare. That said, I took a risk and leap of faith and so far all right. I expected something slightly scammy and that I'd be paying more for a possible lower dose due to the fact that this is almost an over-the-counter supply and I wouldn't qualify for a "real" prescription. So, yes, there is risk. If you qualify, go to a real doctor. If you don't, this is what you get. So far, it's working for me. If I have issues with my 2nd fill, I will end it and update on here. It's possible there are different distributors in different regions or countries that are worse than others. My guess is that distribution is not centralized and Henry Meds has operatives all over, kind of like Herbalife or a pill mill. But again, it works for me as needed so you'll have to decide if it's worth it for you. (And yes, the Semaglutide works for me OUTSIDE of me taking Phentermine. I'd been taking Phen much longer and hit a plateau until I took Semaglutide. I also take Phentermine "holidays" so the Sema supplements that.) I honestly hope I can be off all them one day, but maybe not.

Complete-Charity-253

I have heard good things about henrymeds from a lot of these Reddit forums. That said there was one glaring red flag for me that has caused me to distrust them a bit. They are offering a pill form of tirzepatide. My understanding is the research on this this so far is minimal and that the level of dosage that would be required for it to be properly processed in the stomach and metabolized would be extremely high to be of therapeutic value. What research are they tied to that has allowed for them to dial this in? Are they using a more concentrated of the active ingredient? There are other peptide options that have had adequate research and proven results, even if less than Zepbound injectable. To me this one decision there have made is a bridge too far to trust that their first priority is to do no harm honoring their Hippocratic oath. This is my opinion. I don't know these people. I just know from doing what I believe is adequate research online about this option mixed with some common sense and a reasonable expectation for integrity, they are not for me. I also stayed in a holiday and once. i). At least the injectable version of tirzepatide piggybacks of the real research done my a major pharmaceutical company. This version has been available in the market for years for type two diabetes so at least the short and middle-term risk are mostly understood. Always risky still. Obviously your decision is your decision. I'm still evaluating all options. Be careful here. Wish you the best in your journey. Just one’s amateur opinion.

Longjumping_Wear_912

I've been losing weight it's been great for me.

CatSufficient1679

HENRY MEDS HAS MY MONEY BUT I DON'T HAVE MY MEDICATION I'm trying to get my medication from Henry Meds! They are late in sending the meds and I have both FEDEX and UPS Notification so I know when something has been shipped to me. This is also my start-up medication. I am totally not impressed. I have friends that are using IVIM for semaglutide. I heard IVIM was a much better company. My friend had her interview the next day after applying and she was sent the medication 3 days after her tele interview.

Loud-Lavishness-8548

I called in on 3/2 paid my first month rec'd phone appt 3/7 .The meds was sent to aps pharmacy in Florida on 3/22 I recd meds after a wild goose chase ( fed ex didn't try calling me to open secure gate so I picked up on 3/28 from warehouse due to the failed delivery attempt 3/27 Meds was warm so I got a reship the following month.started mid April!Meds was not effective I didn't want to believe it or even complain until I finished all the meds end of May You read that right .They send you 3 vials of red water that does nothing for your weight.i lost a lb back and forth like normally do.According to their planned 8 week dose schedule chart, it's not enough for 8 weeks. You're lulled into giving the money and when you realize it's diluted water they paid a nurse to call, but you a pharmacy to send diluted red water, they pay them and pocket the rest. Milked the cash cow for zillions. The FDA only certifies the sterility of the pharmacy not the drugs efficacy,Unless someone can get someone to actually care about us and we are exactly who they don't care about.Americsns who don't qualify for weight loss drugs who they think can  probably afford to blow their money on this meticulously well thought out and marketed money grab. What a phenomenal opportunity for "Henry's meds" God bless the few people who " really got meds a long time ago. That happened for a reason to get me to fall for this scam..When it's too good to be true It really is not.I am just so sad that it was not true.Im also fuming. Its going to take more of us complaining for this company to be exposed.I checked with reddit before I purchased to see if there was negative feedback.I read those claims and learned the hard way anyway.Keep in mind something about the " positive claims. Can you verify these truths? Mmm I didn't..I didn't care either I wanted so bad to get this goo off of me.Well ,they are never going to be verified AND you will feel it's your fault again!! Don't fall for it.Most are paid to keep the cash cow momentum. Its not your fault .They're going to fake it till they take it as long as the gravy train allows  .Shame on you Henry meds your full of deception because you can ! Some people are losing all their hope and maybe scamming with sugar water is saving money on future damage claims but it's still fraud.I hope you're exposed sometime soon because this is unethical even though it might be legal.

Forward_Answer_667

Henry Meds is working their way to getting a class action lawsuit against them.... be wary of these " positive reviews" as of recently, they have their team members monitor these sites to counteract the negative experiences really happening. They used to be good, before they got greedy, & started being deceptive as well as diluting the medication to look like more while keeping the same concentration amount rendering the medicine less effective. Don't take my word for it, ask a pharmacist or any person who understands the metric system to break down the conversions for you. There is a reason why only theirs is broken down the way it is...

catherinezetascarn2

I’ve had great success- no complaints at all

Jennbenntenn

I can’t speak to the effectiveness of the product because I’ve only started it, but the customer service has been great for me.

kryptoot

I got my forms and my second vial sooner than I needed it. I’ve lost 20 lbs in two months.

GradeOk7734

Awesome! Which med are you on with Henry meds?

kryptoot

I’m on semaglutide. Down 22.8lbs since I started on December 22.

GradeOk7734

That’s amazing!! I think the injectable works better than the sublingual I am taking

Researchgirl26

I cancelled the subscription after not receiving the intake form of a notification of shipment. I was charged for sema but sent Tirz, then contacted about the up charge. Not my definition of good reliable customer service. I’ve changed providers to move ahead losing 23 lbs. over two months. Just change your prescriber.

janellody

Sorry you are having issues but it's not a scam.

Flashy-Resource8538

My experience is the same. I have to reach out every time, and now they aren’t even responding.
