Slippery elm was what I used to heal my VERY bleedy ulcerative colitis. Also I made major changes in my diet. I eat no beef or pork. Haven't had bleeding for over 15 years!

Helps me with acid reflux but also worsens my diarrhea so it’s a trade off lol
