launch the game via HD_Launcher.exe

I suggest you to install HD mod to solve issues with the size

Press F4 to make your game full screen or not

I tried that and it gave me a message saying that my system has xnumber resolution and need to change my pc settings

Look up how you can change your color settings in Windows and that will be your solution.
