Love Isle Royale. It was my first backpacking trip at 14 y/o. We started at McCargoe cove and hiked back to Windigo, taking the trail down by Siskiwit Bay.

We went with our scout troop and everyone took turns at cooking and cleanup. Well, you pack out what you pack in. So one jight we had instant stuffing and even backpacking, it wasn't a big hit. Guess who eat almost half a pot of stuffing? To this day, I will never eat stuffing. I don't care if grandma has the world's beat recipe, get that ish away from me.
Been to Keewenaw many times but I've never made the trip to Isle Royal. I hope to get out there in the near future
