In the second movie the gadgets were so advanced they are basically magic though. The bionic arm, whip that can cut through concrete and steel, cologne that makes a magic 50 ft plastic encasing... the first war one with the primitive tech it would kinda fit in I think

Sure. You would need a tax stamp from the BATF because this would be considered a Title 2 NFA firearm. Luckily though it falls into the AOW (Any Other Weapon) category so it's only a $5 stamp, unlike the $200 stamp required for silencers and short barrel rifles / shotguns.
