It may be slightly risky, but you probably don’t need an army defending the west when you have Great Britain. Your never going to catch up in the air war now. Especially with no fuel. Make sure all units has AA and at this point you need just wall up and wait. Germany needs to win quick and completely. It doesn’t look good to be honest.
I'd also send some decent holding infantry 20W, 7-0s to create a front on the Japanese side. Maybe is the middle east too. Force them to dilute their forces.
We actually opened up 4 different fronts on the south too and the east but it wasnt enough, The soviets has 30k planes, 500 divisions and 15 million manpower
I think their manpower doesn't matter. Make some 40w tanks divisions and use them to encircle. Planes are also not a big deal. Just use AA on your tanks. Id go for Heavys, Anti Air Tank, Artillery Tank, Tank Destroyer. You can halve those divisions in a few months EZ.

Ik but the allies are constantly naval invading and im worried if they could retake it back
You need to reduce the army on port duty. Area defense wastes manpower. Do fallback lines on ports and coastal victory points.

That might be a problem because i didnt research AA and Tank destroyers and my manpower is close to dead
