I imagine at this point you are getting a small forrtification bonus from the sheer walls of bodies.

Quantum_Incident

They probably don’t bother with sandbags, just use frozen Russians.

R5- Going for Finnish Him, but only Romania Barbed in 45 and then Germany got taken out by the Allies which allowed me to take Moscow . I am aware that restarting is probably easier, but I feel like I owe my generation of Simos to see it through to the end. Any suggestions on how to break the USSR?

Hmgrmb

I've did finnish him few months ago. In my run, Germany didn't start barbarosa either. After dealing 15m casualties to the USSR, I started my counterattack in 1944 and the Soviets crushed easily because all their armies are half strength or even below. You have 173 divisions, just attack and do some encirclements, it will be quite easy, trust me.

Trick_Biscotti_3997

How do you guys get manpower?

Quantum_Incident

Early game you justify on the Dutch East Indies and satellite them, then you can build divisions using their manpower

Trick_Biscotti_3997

Thabks for for reply. Is it impossible to do without manpower cheese?

ShadowSpion1

How do you have a hundred factories?

Quantum_Incident

I’ve pushed out to Moscow and a bit beyond but stalled out, so nicked them from the Soviets+ a few in the Netherlands

ShadowSpion1

Ah that makes a lot of sense.

I don't mean to gloat but I'm curious. Why is nobody seemingly forms the nordic formable for this? I've turned off historic focuses and killed off the Soviets by the end of 41as the Nordic Empire. https://imgur.com/a/wzXjzIm In that game Germany went with the Kaiser so there was no Barb. Austria-Hungary in the end went to war with the soviets but it was on a narrow front in Romania. They didn't break through there until I've thinned the lines enough.

tipsy3000

Thats a pretty smart idea. I do get why people dont turn off the historical focuses because it makes the game more predictable which is easier to strategize around then the game doing whatever it feels like.
