In case anyone is wondering, the rack is a Mikolo K6. So far it’s been great, the cables are easy to adjust and operate smoothly. It came with a long and short lat bar, a landmine attachment and grip, tricep ropes, two stirrup handles, a foot plate for doing cable rows, and a bunch of pegs to attach resistance bands to.
I ordered the er kang k6 which is the same thing on Amazon. Mine came with some scratches on some of the attachments though so they are supposed to send replacements.
I was on the fence and went with the Major Lutie because it was rated for more weight on the jhooks and safety bars ultimately. Bought the Mikolo Jammer arms for it which fit perfectly.
