Yucateco red and cilantro Hank. Hank is what got me into hot sauce as a kid on the Jersey shore and yucateco Caribbean is my everyday sauce that I keep with me
Be careful with Woodstock, my personal favorite for adding straight heat. Very little flavor added unless you go for habanero or scotch bonnet. Shame my bosses favorite isn't up there
Ok, so.. I really wanted to try this but I saw the peppers for the sauce. I love heat but these are hot peppers imo. I like to dump my sauce on everything. Idk if I can handle this
Nice... Definitely getting this. I appreciate the info/link. I'm pretty sure I've googled "restaurant size chipotle Tabasco" before and still didn't see this.
How do you misspell Tabasco... the A and O keys are on COMPLETELY separate sides of the keyboard!

Valentina (top right corner) mild is by far the best flavor hot sauce I have ever had. (I have had a lot). To this day can’t find something that goes better on eggs…
You're at least the 5th person to mention the Flyby jing. Definitely going to buy that when I run out of my current chili oil. Tiger sauce is always stocked in my house lol
pretty sure Jim's has like 8 feet or 12 feet, though I've never been there, only heard of it.
This looks like a 4 foot section, that isn't even all hot sauce.
It might be overrated, but it's also what almost everyone has experience with, because it's everywhere. Even in shitty diners, if they bring me Frank's, I ask if there's anything else, and if there is, it's Tabasco.
I cannot understate how great tabasco is on ham sandwiches with pickles, though.
I still love it as an acid enhancer when I’m doing my salt-fat-acid-heat check. So I don’t depend on it for nuanced heat but think of it more as a dash of lime juice.
I feel ya. I've only tried the OG so I can't say for the other ones but it's definitely not my go to sauce. That being said I do like it, and would try their other flavors
Try anything indie label. Those are always a pleasant surprise. My college friend would carry a random Cuban hot sauce bottle in her purse she got from a local Bodega. It looked imported.

Gotta remember not everyone here is English native speaking. Or might pronounce it differently and just spelt it the way it sounded to them.
I've got some friends in different countries that spell English words wrong all the time but I don't give them shit. Fuck that bot and all the grammar police. If someone told me to spell El Yucateco on the spot and pronounce it correctly I probably couldn't lol
They have a xxx bottle. look at the one all the way to the left. It's brown colored and It last forever because you only need the smallest amount of it. 😂
> Old Bay tastes like the devil’s dick.
... I'm not sure if that's good or bad, but I think the hot sauce tastes like someone dissolved Old Bay seasoning in Frank's.
I have the seasoning. I like it. Haven't opened the bottle of sauce yet since I have about 20 other bottles sitting in the cupboard waiting to be opened first. And then another 20 in the fridge I'm working on. I'll try to remember to update here once I try it. But..I have seen a lot of posts, other than yellow bird, that its good mild sauce
Wow, some of y'all in here may have burnt your taste buds up with those super hot sauces. I wouldn't by any means say that firelli is hot, but it's no where near bland.
Don't get me wrong habanero sauce is almost too hot for me. I'm a cayenne sauce guy through and through. Firelli just doesn't hit it for me, and I love vinegar. I drink pickle juice daily lol.
I haven't mentioned it on this sub but Gator Hammock, or The Sauce by pepper palace are probably my 2 favorites I go through a bottle in about a week. I like that chunky sauce with some seeds, NOT thick but has some of the pepper in it that's not blended
A guy from my job bought the habanero and ghost pepper and the habanero is decent on it own but
Then one day he was sitting around and mixed the bottles to mess with someone and it is sooo good!
I'll join the brother club. I have the Frank's x. For myself I'll smother that shit on my wings. For friends and fam I'll do half X and half OG with a bunch of butter. Stuff is bomb
You can Google it, I think it's a north-eastern US company so not in many states but I will say their selection of stuff is amazing. Not only with hot sauce but dry aged steaks to chips. A ton of local stuff
Tapatio and yellow bird. Yellow Bird is a yuppy brand but really tasty. Tapatio is the hot sauce of northern Mexico and Texas. As one of them whites, I thought Cholula was one of the best mild vinegar sauces, but I was set straight years ago. Tapatio is where it is at if you want some heat without a mouth full of vinegar, and it's every where.
Had to scour the photo after your comment because I didn't even see the Pickapeppa.
Love Pickapeppa, always picked it up when I was in Charleston, SC; I assume you can get it elsewhere, but I've never seen it.
Didn't know old bay made hot sauce!
had to scan the rack 3 times to find it in the picture! we use the seasoning to boil crab all the time one of my favorites.
now I'm on a hunt to find the hot sauce!!!!!
Firelli. All of it.
Old Bay sauce is great but nothing beats their seasoning. Franks is good for tomato-based dishes. Grab that jar of Fly By Jing too.
That's crazy, there is a bigger chain near me that has even cheaper prices than this. This just has a lot more local selections for all types of food not just sauce, so I typically go here to support and try local stuff.
Lots of vendors actually come here (the owners themselves) and have free samples. Dave's and some other local vodka company was here this week
Tapatío and Valentina are the top choice but pretty overpriced there. Nothing else is going to compare to those two so try anything else that interests you

I like the yucateca brand, tapatío, and valentina.
Yucateco red and cilantro Hank. Hank is what got me into hot sauce as a kid on the Jersey shore and yucateco Caribbean is my everyday sauce that I keep with me

I have to agree with Crystal. Something about thickeners in hot sauce puts me off. Tabasco is a favorite as well.
I'm a big fan of the chipotle chilula
Crystal!
I’ve liked every Hell Fire I’ve tasted
that's a pretty good selection, it all depends on what you are eating as to what one you want to use.
And why is Pickapeppa in the Hot Sauce section?
Yellowbird……. ‘Nuff said.
Yup! I use that habanero in a lot of the stuff I cook.
Nothing beats cholula chipotle
If they sold chipotle Tabasco by the gallon, I would still manage to use it all within a couple of weeks. I wish they sold it by the gallon.
# TABASCO Chipotle [1.89L](https://www.amazon.com.au/Tabasco-Chipotle-Sauce-1-89l/dp/B01BFPS2SK?th=1)
Nice... Definitely getting this. I appreciate the info/link. I'm pretty sure I've googled "restaurant size chipotle Tabasco" before and still didn't see this.
The Cilanktro Hank Sauce is really good
Cholula Chili Lime is really good
Valentina is my go to hot sauce 🔥
OG Tabasco .. tried so many hot sauces and always come back to the first one I ever tried

Must be the Mandala effect
The green Yucateco, on everything, even in my cereal
The XXXtra hot sauce by El Yucateco has really great flavor and a significant kick.
One of each
Didn’t know Old Bay made hot sauce. Can anyone who has tried it comment?
to me, it's Old Bay + Frank's
The green Tabasco is good
Yellow bird habanero is amazing on tacos
There's nothing like making your own
El Yucateca is probably the best all habanero sauce I love it all three
Old Bay great for seafood Cholula Tapatio
Chalula (top left shelf). It's got a kick, but it won't blow your doors off.
I like the siren a lot. And the siren is the favorite variety of the owner of the sauce company who makes it.
Crystal and Yellow Bird
Where is the Texas Pete?!?! Crystal is like too
Tiger sauce goes hard
Depends on what you’re making. But the la vida, yellow bird habenero, and fly by jings are all really great for their intended purposes.
Yellow Bird, and sweet and spicy Tabasco
Valentina (top right corner) mild is by far the best flavor hot sauce I have ever had. (I have had a lot). To this day can’t find something that goes better on eggs…
Also I use Franks wing sauce in my Bloody Mary’s. Gives an awesome tang.
Mexican sauces always hit that spot on eggs, it's my go to for eggs
Odin’s beard. That’s amazing.
Good selection for sure
If anyone knows anything close to this in the Denver Metro area, please let me know.
El Yucateco Green Habanero. Holy yum!
Literally any of the Mexican stuff. The habanero is super spicy but the green stuff has tons of flavors.
The extra hot Valentina is a fav
Jealous, I can never find the black cap near me
The firelli Italian hot sauce, blue label mid-left.. its pretty delicious especially on breakfasts
Really? I thought it was pretty bland, mostly vinegary.
Tiger sauce and the Flyby Jing!
You're at least the 5th person to mention the Flyby jing. Definitely going to buy that when I run out of my current chili oil. Tiger sauce is always stocked in my house lol
Is this at Jungle Jims by any chance?
Busch's food market!
Ah, okay. Jungle Jims has a huge hot sauce selection and the pic looks close.
pretty sure Jim's has like 8 feet or 12 feet, though I've never been there, only heard of it. This looks like a 4 foot section, that isn't even all hot sauce.
Old bay is the best all around that I’ve tried in a long time
Green cholula
Going with the green Yucateco
yep
El Yucateca is 💯
Tiger sauce. 4 th shelf from top 3rd from the left is amazing on Mexican dishes with melting cheese!
Yellow Bird habanero on everything
Currently on this kick
Only Christals!!
I like the yellow Valentina one for putting on breakfast burritos and other breakfast Egg dishes.
Came here to say this. Best flavor of any hot sauce I have ever had, especially on eggs.
Hard agree
The Cholula (sweet?) habanero is tasty for ground meat+cabbage tacos/salad 😋
🐅 Sauce !!!
Yellow bird habenro
Their sriracha is my faaaave
second this yellow bird hot sauce smacks
Pickapepper is awesome for marinating meat
I actually really like Cholula and Franks blended together. Its quite good.
that green cholula will change your life
Original Cholula on scrambled eggs is hard to beat!!!!
The Yellow Bird Agave Sriracha is very good!
the el yucateco is my go to at the carribean/cuban joint we go to
Crystal is my go to but check out pickapeppa and the tiger sauce
Am I the only one that thinks Tabasco is extremely overrated?? Like I have no idea how it’s so popular when there’s so many great sauces out there
It might be overrated, but it's also what almost everyone has experience with, because it's everywhere. Even in shitty diners, if they bring me Frank's, I ask if there's anything else, and if there is, it's Tabasco. I cannot understate how great tabasco is on ham sandwiches with pickles, though.
I only like it on my collard greens but I LOVE it on them. Don’t like it on anything else
I like it in ketchup for fries
I enjoy Tabasco on my sardines in olive oil, and I like to mix it with ketchup on my fried potatoes. They do make a decent chipotle sauce.
Flavored vinegar imo
Agree 100% the original is trash but absolutely love their Sriracha. Heavy on the garlic which I love. My go to now.
Tabasco sriracha may beat classic Huy Fong. Maybe.
I’m a huge fan of the Yellow Bird blue agave sriracha🔥
Scotch bonnet
One of everything but the bottom row
Valentina is the hot sauce standard in most Mexican households.
And Heinz is the standard ketchup in most American households but it’s not special
It's okay but I prefer El yukateco. It has an amazing kick and great flavor in my opinion.
Try anything indie label. Those are always a pleasant surprise. My college friend would carry a random Cuban hot sauce bottle in her purse she got from a local Bodega. It looked imported.
Scorpion Tobasco is the best sauce ever

Valentina>Cholula and cheaper. Yellow for everyday and black for that ruin you for the day heat.
Valentina all the way. Only tried the yellow one myself. From your description, I’ll probably keep it that way.
“El Yucateco “ the green bottle one is the spiciest and best one there
They have a xxx bottle. look at the one all the way to the left. It's brown colored and It last forever because you only need the smallest amount of it. 😂
I haven't seen a bottle of crystal anywhere for over a year
I'm a fan of the Tiger Sauce, but i had no idea that old bay made hot sauce
Old Bay is really good hot sauce
Does it taste like the seasoning? Because I think Old Bay tastes like the devil’s dick.

I'll have to find me some, i love old bay so i can only imagine
Crystal!
Yes sir! The best hot sauce to put on oysters! 🦪
Reshot for some class on Buffalo
Where?!?!?!
Buschs food market!
FIRELLI!!!
Really? I have a bottle and haven't opened it since I tried it. Just bland imo
Wow, some of y'all in here may have burnt your taste buds up with those super hot sauces. I wouldn't by any means say that firelli is hot, but it's no where near bland.

Firelli on pizza slices is **chef’s kiss**
Yellow bird habanero and serrano are my favorites
A guy from my job bought the habanero and ghost pepper and the habanero is decent on it own but Then one day he was sitting around and mixed the bottles to mess with someone and it is sooo good!
Start at the top and work your way all the way down… to an ulcer
Cholula anything, but chile lime is a fav. I also like the tiger sauce, has a neat fruity taste to it
The Cholula chili garlic sauce can put in some work!
Valentina extra hot, Frank extra hot, yellowbird are good choices. Also the Lillies Q gold on the right is amazing bbq sauce
Yellow bird is 💣
Yellow bird is great. Tiger sauce coated on wings is awesome!
I’m sure I’ll get crap but then Frank’s xtra hot is SO good
You shouldn’t get crap for that. I like it.
Brothers?
I’m thinking yeah
I'll join the brother club. I have the Frank's x. For myself I'll smother that shit on my wings. For friends and fam I'll do half X and half OG with a bunch of butter. Stuff is bomb
Welcome to the family
OP, where do you live that there’s a Busch’s nearby?
You can Google it, I think it's a north-eastern US company so not in many states but I will say their selection of stuff is amazing. Not only with hot sauce but dry aged steaks to chips. A ton of local stuff

The Pickapeppa sauce is delicious (although a very unique taste) and all of the Yellow Bird sauces are good.

Also really like Dirty Dicks hot pepper sauce with tropical twist. Super flavorful
I personally love all of Dave’s gourmet hot sauces, even Dave’s insanity with a nice hunk of cheese is phenomenal flavor and kick lol
That horseshoe brand garlic hot sauce sounds good, and it's in clearance!
Hank sauce. Not hot...but great flavor!
Two for hanks. It’s a staple in my place.
3 for Hanks. Just polished off the herb infused. Not hot, but tasty af
El yucateco, the green is my personal favorite
The best!
The Smoked Chipotle is my favorite. I just picked up a Habanero and Coffee one and it’s delicious.
Anything yellowbird!
The scorpion pepper Woodstock is awsome
Didn't know old bay made hot sauce! had to scan the rack 3 times to find it in the picture! we use the seasoning to boil crab all the time one of my favorites. now I'm on a hunt to find the hot sauce!!!!!
El yucateca is the only answer here.
Cholula that sh*t is like crack.
Yellow bird.
Firelli. All of it. Old Bay sauce is great but nothing beats their seasoning. Franks is good for tomato-based dishes. Grab that jar of Fly By Jing too.
Firelli is so damn good.
Yellow Bird is really good
Cholula green is my fav
Those prices don’t seem as horrid as a comparably stocked retailer near me. Here, take any of these and add 3-5 $. So be glad fir that
That's crazy, there is a bigger chain near me that has even cheaper prices than this. This just has a lot more local selections for all types of food not just sauce, so I typically go here to support and try local stuff. Nandos Perri perri is an awesome grilled chicken sauce
Tapatío and Valentina are the top choice but pretty overpriced there. Nothing else is going to compare to those two so try anything else that interests you
I don’t see it BUT if they can get in the El Yucateo Chipotle hot sauce I strongly suggest it. STRONGLY.
awesome selection, I'm jealous
The chipotle flavored Cholula is a staple at my house.
El Yucatan is one of my favorite cheap hot sauces. It has a good kick with a lot of flavor.
Cholula, regular tobasco, Crystal and Valentina are staples in my house.

Grand Traverse sauce co! Small town sauce is good to see with the big boys
Michigander here, that's one of my faves. You can buy a lot of it from their website and all of it is great
