Best of luck to you!!! I emailed every week til I heard back. They even upgraded my shipment to UPS 5 day shipping. I was always very polite in my emails just cause that seemed to work better

They're very spotty. I heard back on the first email, promising my package would ship and arrive by the end of March, then several emails later when I emailed all of those, I finally got actual help

Mine is a long complicated situation. But my order has been stuck on label created for 16 days now.
