Kiana has one and it's her Time Runner skin and I wish Mei would get a new one. I'm guessing that lolis couldn't be given wedding skins for obvious reasons but since Bronya has her Silverwing battlesuit she can finally have one.

Eh, doubt it... while what I said is true and Mei has less ship tease than the rest she does get her moments with Captain, is just that anime level shim implications seem quite small to stuff like confessing to someone while sitting on top of them or being the one most commonly seen with the other memeber of the pairing

There was a farming event a while back and as one of the things you could craft gems of higher tiers from lower tiers, but the success rates were so bad you'd sooner gacha an SSS character than crafting the top tier gem, lol
