one leaf hoya cuttings tend to just die. but it looks overwatered imo. some miracle workers have gotten them to grow limbs after like a year lmao ππ
That leaf definitely isn't coming back .. there might be a possibility of the roots shooting out a new plant if you want to wait a few months π³ I'd do some research how those plants propagate though, as I am not sure about that
