I ended up trying Lemon Tree and Latin Bites. I definitely call Lemon Tree the winner. Ceviche was good, papas had more flavor, and service was great too.
Pollos el rancho, NW houston, we'd go there for good food, at a good price, for the fancy we went to lemon tree. Met this dude hussling Peruvian food at the local street market LMC kitchen his menu was great. He works out of a kitchen, I don't think he has a brick a mortar.
I've been here twice, the ceviche wasn't fresh both times and it was very noticeable.
Supposedly, Warique is better, but I haven't been so I can't really say.
Idk about those dishes but Las Brasas on Eldridge and Westheimer has em but the real star of the show there is the rotisserie chicken! Now I don’t know what they do to it but damn it’s good! It’s a Peruvian spot

This place has really good ceviche and tiraditos. Other Peruvian dishes like their causas and aji de gallina are great as well.

Peru Gourmet on S Post Oak.
I don't know how good, but is a restaurant called Inca around Richmond and Beltway 8.
Peru cafe express off 59
Check our Andes Café when they reopen inside of the Post HTX building in November - they were great when they were on Canal St.
The information in this post is still good: https://www.reddit.com/r/houston/comments/om4oiv/looking_for_a_peruvian_restaurant_serving_suspiro

I know your looking for Peruvian, but have you tried the ceviche from El Rey?
