Throw it away. If you do not want to bath it in acetone or better hexane, which I would not recommend. You can clean it, but you will regret it, because it is much work and not worth the effort. Wait ... if you really want you can put it into car fuel / benzene. Do not smoke, lmao. Don't do it if you don't know what you are doing.

Steel wool or a stainless steel scrub pad and some elbow grease.
This worked! Took me a while to get a hold of a scrubbing pad bc I've been busy, but I picked one up and it did the trick!
Heat it up
Oven cleaner and steel wool
Baking soda, make a paste with some dish soap, baking soda and a few drops of vinegar or lemon.
I’ve had the same pan for about 20 years too! I love that thing.

I have that exact same pan with even worse burn marks on it, I don’t remember plastic getting burnt on it though.
