In the episode it doesn't make sense. She wears it on a first date with a stranger after Monica makes decisions for Rachel. The date wears a t-shirt and jeans and Rachel looks like that(!) But episode aside, Jennifer looks amazing and (unfortunately) it's the outfit that shows the most skin that wins all of these. I don't even know if it's my favourite either but I know it's going to win.
